Dec2021 UPDATE: Taking a trip Jan2022 and will finally be able to wear these in cold/snow. I’ll be back to update this post to see how they fare.
JAN UPDATE: These boots are VERY warm and comfy! With socks on, the boot size is more “fitted” on my feet but it’s not uncomfortable at all. The inside cushion isn’t formed to my feet shape yet so no change in size recommendation. I do not know yet if these will loosen over time as the cushion flattens.

I am a size 38 and bought them in a size 39-41 and the more I wore them the bigger they became. At the beginning they fit really good but now they're really loose. I wouldn't recommend sizing up 🙈

I loved mine but they wear so quickly.
They are super comfortable, especially after skiing or running if your feet are sore.
Watching a soccer game in the freezing cold with them, kept my feet warm.
I had a designated boot for left and right. The cushion will adapt, so I marked them with a sharpie.
But the outer sole is so thin, once that is broken, water will get inside.
Still have fun with ‘em.

I just got some moon boots and I actually had to size down I’m usually an 8 and I got the US size 5/6 and they already fit perfectly

the US sizing on the side of the bag is referring to us men’s size. so they’d really be like a 6.5-8 women’s. that’s why they fit

I'm a size 8 too, and I followed their guide and got the 38-41. They are SO BIG I feel like a clown :( I ordered the 35-38 just because I gotta see how that small size feels - I'll return the one that I like the least

Sorry to hear that! They have probably adjusted their sizes. I just ordered mine. I'm a 8.5-9 and I've ordered the 39-41. I hope they they fit me well.

do they hurt when you wear them or is it just tight feeling? i'm the same size as you and because they are foam i assume they'll stretch out! i love how they look on you, the red is so complimentary!
They don’t hurt at all! The inside foam gives more of a compressed feeling since it’s not fully molded to my feet yet

Did your package come with a prepaid return shipping label? Or how do you return? I want to buy them but I’m not sure of the size so I might have to return them
For returns you’ll have to contact them, packages do not come with a prepaid return label
can u walk with them on the street? like, i dont do ski and in my city it doesnt snow so im wearing them just for casual outfits lol. they feel like normal boots when walking on them??
Sure! They feel like lightweight platforms, it might make your feet sweat but I don’t see why not

I haven’t worn them in winter yet since I ordered in an off season but I’ll get back to ya whenever I find out!

I just brought me some and I was soo confused about what’s left and what’s right if gives off when I was a child and I put my shoes on wrong I haven’t worn them yet but I’m excited to wear them this winter and I ended up getting the same size you got I got a 35/38 I’m a size 5 and I wear a 6
