Jin changed quite a lot from start to finish. He started relatively simple but can be considered one of the more technical characters in Tekken 7. How do you guys feel about him in general, and which version was your personal favorite?

Tekken 6 and 7 are pretty different in combos and many moves but can be considered the most badass ..also that power is everything opening
It's insane to think that the main character was introduced in the third game
him being the main character is debatable....tekken has primarily been about kazuya even in tekken 3 he had a presence though not in the game
Well tekken 8 changes that with jin In The lead when kazuya vs heihachi ended in 7. Reina is also there to replace heihachi
There isn't really a general main character in Tekken, each game seems to take it's focus on a certain character, Kazuya was the focus is 1,2,4 and 7, but even in 2 the protagonist wasn't exactly Kazuya, it was Jun, Tekken 6 has a whole campaign dedicated to Lars as the mc and Tekken 7 is about Heihachi too (probably even more than about Kazuya)
I would say Jin is the co lead along with Kazuya in 8....I stand by what I said tekken for the most part the central character has been kazuya and his dad that is the foundation from which everything flows@@vikingfromnorth45
@@camm8642 Well heihachi is dead now since 7 so now it is just jin and kazuya at this point in 8. This is the conclusion of their arcs now.

@@DashFight actually the root cause is mishima zaibatsu, unfold the history of tekken games and you will find that whosoever has been ceo of mishima zaibatsu , he becomes evil and power greedy

@@ChamiaVigrollno32-ik9ntJin himself says at the end of Tekken 6 he needed to raise conflict in the world to awaken Azazel and defeat him, it was some sort of bet to destroy the devil gene from it's roots
@@duncananderson2113And it failed so spectacularly that people blamed Lars existing as the reason Jin was forced by Bandai to do what he likely would have never done during his Tekken 3-5 era. I kind of feel bad for how Lars was treated by fans back then, but ever since Tekken 7 when Jin and Lars took a backseat and Tekken 8, when Jin redeems himself, in part because of Lars believing in him… it seems people are NOW liking Lars. Moral of the story I guess is to not ruin the old heroes to justify new ones. Just make the new ones earn their place in the roster like everyone else.

You Al forgot to mention about his change in fighting style in Tekken 4. Jin unlearned the "Mishima-ryu " style and in favor of "traditional karate" (which is based in Kyokushin karate)
Lately, upgrades of Jin's, and Liu Kang's kicking moveset are quite similar, especially their aerial kicks with the influences of their extraordinary powers.
Liu Kang is more of a Bruce Lee inspired character like Marshall Law in the Tekken series.
What a jump from Tekken 7 to 8 ! It's also very appealing to think Jin is controlling his power and, rather than being wildly transformed, uses it only at the exact time he strikes and needs the extra power.
I like his moveset from tekken 4
my fav outfit of Jin is the yellow outfit in Tekken 3 and the hoodie outfit in Tekken 4 🥰

0:37 i really appreciate of this game installment, cause playable character models and CGI Animation models are looks same to same. Which is not seen in any other tekken's game even today, not even in T8.

FEEDBACK: So, when you make a factoid in the Tekken Tag 2 area about Jin being able to transform to Devil Jin, why not exemplify in the video? It just shows Jin fighting an AI. It's all TELL and no SHOW
