I bought this Mitad 2 weeks a go but we have got problem , it couldn't get the right injera it looks like Kitta what shall i do i am using 450amp power
I have one of these products but I am not happy with it every time I turned it on to 450 it doesn't heat up to the desired Temperature . Is there anything I can do to fix it or send it to you?
I had issues with Wass Mitad, they were very cooperative to resolve it on time. Daniel from Dallas was able to fix the issue in short amount of time with full of politeness and knowledge. Thank you

Dear brother , I bought the Mitad and a transformer of1500AM. Our volt power is 220 volt so I adjusted it to this power. However when I started to heat it by 450 ,the stove gave unconverted voice and suddenly the fuse returned off . So do I have to put the selected to 110 volt or again try with 220vlt.? as we know the clay mitad for baking injera needs a temperature from 220- 250 0c and max baking time of injera is from 2-3 min averagely .so as compare to clay mitad especially the setting of temperature about 450 oc of this digital mitad is not clear for me and wt abt the efficiency ,the dimension of this digital mitade as compare to the conventional electric mitad...............????? please i need clarification for these such kinds of queastions..10q for your willngness to answer those qns.

It is important to have a good thermostat that can control and stabilize the temperature. A refunding system should be in place, as well as a guarantee for two years of maintenance.
I bought this griddle for Injera. It gets hot in the middle and cold at the edges, terrible engineering. I emailed them and was given tele #, was able to talk to one of the guys on the phone, he said there is no solution for the issue. I wasted my money. I don't recommend this product at all. I used it only for six month.

We have 3 of them: one for Injera one for Ambasha and one for Pizza they are doing well. I have also give one to my relative as a gift. Good job Wass!
