The thing that stands out the most in the studio version is Jarrod Walker’s mandolin. He seems to be playing a perfect harmony over whatever Billy is picking/singing the entire song. So well arranged

This song is such a gem. Capital Theater, Deja Vu Experiment, 2/18/21 was my 1st listen of it. I knew immediately that true admiration and love created the moment that inspired the song. Billy’s talent brought it to life. So grateful for this young man, his band, and his music. The live shows are amazing and this album is what the world needs NOW. 🐐🤘🔥 9/24/21 can’t come soon enough.

Well I didn't come here expecting to cry...
The older gentleman got me. The heartbreak of his wife having died. He was so lost, lonely, and sad. He just wished he had her back. Him at her grave reminded me of scene in "Forrest Gump" where Forrest was at Jenny's grave just talk to her especially the following line.
Forrest: Mama said dying was apart of life. I sure wish it wasn't.
