Thanks, Steve. I run a GRX RX 810 1 x11 setup (more specifically, 40 x 11/30). The bike is Ridley Kanzo Fast. I am making a review of the bike and will share it with you guys soon.
@@thebikewhisperer 1x?? 1x?? 😳😡 It be witchcraft!! 😁 looking forward to the review to finding out the size of the front chainring? Been checking out some of your other vids Holland is very beautiful place to cycle. Subscribed. 😎👍🏻 Blessings from England. 🙏😎👍🏻
Hi Pablo. The latter indeed. I connect it to my Apple Watch Ultra 2. I’ll upload a video explaining how I use it and whether it’s a good alternative to a more traditional bike computer.
@@thebikewhisperer phones are always better but using phone comes with risk, I broke the screne of mine once and never again used it, now I use a Garmin and the phone always on my back pocket Anyhow I'm Interested to see what mount are you using to attache the phone 🤔
@@thebikewhisperer I will. For me, the Eyserbosweg felt easier. The Gulperberg climb isn't that long, but at its 18% steep section, I have to get out of the saddle. I failed on my very first attempt. Now it has become a must-do climb every year.
That feeling towards the end. So relatable 😂
So good!
Top! 🫡
Good Job
Eyserbosweg is brutal, nice video! Btw: what's your max HR? Just curious how close to it you got
Hi Igor. It sure is. Glad you enjoyed the video. My max HR is 194bpm. I may have not hit it in this video but the climb did not spare me either 😜
Wow that hurt… Highest hill in Netherlands?
It sure did, buddy. The highest hill in the Netherlands is Vaalserberg with a height of 322.4 metres. That’s as high as it gets here 😜
Great climb dude!😎👍🏻 And I thought Holland was flat??🤷
What gearing are you using?? 52/36? Or 50/34? What cassette?

If the wind blows you will find that the wind is worse than any hill! IMHO.
Good point. Yet one can often hide in someone’s slipstream. Climbs like these demand tears to be shed 🥵
Hey! Nice Video. What camera are you using?
Hey buddy. Thanks. Glad you enjoyed it. I use a GoPro Hero 12 with a dedicated chest mount.
@@thebikewhisperer ziet er goed uit! Dankjewel voor je snelle reactie, nice
Graag gedaan!
Great job. Is that a bike computer, or your phone? And if the latter, what app are you using?

@@nemurefair point. I’ll address this in one of the future videos.
Kanzo Fast, yes?
Yes, indeed. It’s a beast bike. I’ll make a review video soon.
@@thebikewhisperer I've ordered it and will be riding it in about 2 weeks! Looking forward to your review!
and now go ahead to the Gulperberg :P
Roger that 🫡 Stay tuned!

First time I rode up that one, my tongue got 2 cm longer
Haha. Gained some more muscle I see 😂
What is gradient?
it's on the screen, bottom right corner
