    • @gnoll1812

      True, however that's not exactly what I was referring to, FPS games all share the same foundational skills: reaction time, aim, game sense. Since the majority of FPS games share these factors, it's easy to transfer your skill from say csgo, to valorant, to battlefield. Playing a different genre of game, I dont think he would have anywhere remotely as much natural ability, games like LoL, rocket league, and Mortal Kombat

    Shroud’s ability to adapt to any shooter is incredible. His situational awareness, use of the map layout, and mastery of mechanics is unreal.
    But key word here is “shooter.”
    That starting clip in this current context makes him sound like he can just take any game, but every game shown (and 99% of the games he’s been shown to be a beast in) carry the same fundamental skill set that he’s honed for years.
    So, yeah, Shroud can adapt and very quickly master SHOOTERS.
    But I’d like to see how quickly he adapts and masters games like Rocket League, Overwatch (which he had great aim but wasn’t too good at), Smash, and other non-shooter games.
    Regardless the man is a legend and one hell of a gamer.

    These are only shooters, so, his "ability" to transfer from game to game while being good is just his aim overall, if u can aim that well, the other mechanics just will come eventually faster because u have all ur focus in learning them, like movement in R6 and Apex, recoil patterns and all that stuff, if u were really new to it, you would have to learn to aim while learning the side mechanics, but if u already have the aim part done, then is way easier to get good at the other stuff

    • @shwaylake

      you could be the most cracked aimer but without gamesense and positioning it’s nothing. that’s shrouds skill, aim is just the bonus

    • @AuxDark
      @AuxDark 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@shwaylake it's the other way around, shroud's skill is aiming like a maniac, gamesense and positioning are a variable dependant of each game, so they aren't a transferable skill, he has to learn them according to the new variant, of course they can be similar, like from csgo to valorant, but maps are different so it has a learning curve anyways, shroud is a good aimer, and that helps him learn new games easier, that's it

      @ssxyy 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No actually that doesnt make sense. I dont think you realize how many people have good aim. Why cant other people be instantly as good when playing games for the first time? That is true in a large aspect but he does have great adaptabilty as well, a pro player in most FPS cannot pick up Tarkov like he did and wreck like he did, it takes alot more sound and game awareness than other FPS because of how large the maps are and people being there for their own reason i.e questing, loot, pvp etc. Also he's good at WOW
