    In this video, watch as I review the SportDiver housing for iPhones made by the company SeaLife! The SportDiver is SeaLife's newest design, and it attempts to revolutionize the underwater filming industry. This housing supports the iPhone 7 and up, and allows for you to take it as deep as 130 feet. You guys know I love filming underwater, so SeaLife sent me this housing to review for all of you guys on TH-cam!
    The SportDiver is the first ever iPhone housing to be this complex, and SeaLife has spent a lot of time trying to perfect this product. However, is it worth the price? Find out in this review! I hope you all enjoy the video!

    Consider purchasing the DiveVolk housing for your smartphone when diving. Third-party housings often present compatibility issues with non-native camera apps, resulting in subpar camera quality. In contrast, the DiveVolk housing is the first underwater housing that allows you to use your smartphone's touchscreen underwater, ensuring a seamless and highest image quality from your phone camera.

    How hard would the buttons be to use if one was diving in cold water and using, say, 7mm wetsuit gloves?
    The other advantage I can see for the GoPro would be battery life.
    Much easier to swap out a battery in a GoPro than to take the phone out of the case and charge it back up between dives.

      If you're wearing 7mm gloves it might be pretty tricky to change stuff on your phone.

    Does it waste a lot of the phone battery?

    • @FintasticFilms
      @FintasticFilms  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Surprisingly it doesn't. I was underwater for around 30 minutes, and only about 15% of my phone battery was used.

    Take the crystals out of the moisture munchers and dry them out in a microwave oven.

      careful, as the plastic case will melt, if you leave it in too long. 15 seconds at a time is about right
