Also, I never thought I'd see Mel Gibson and Will Sasso in a scene together, but it was very satisfying, because I love those guys. I've never seen Frank Grillo before, but I'm an instant fan now. He's like a next generation Stallone.

This movie was a huge pleasant surprise. I loved it. It's not perfect, some of the plot elements don't exactly work but the fun actions and great dialogue and performances make up for that and it just works so well. It's such a fun movie and I loved every minute of it. It was such a fantastic viewing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I can't believe it kind of went under the radar.
Damn have not seen a good action movies like this since early 90s was waiting a shitty action movies without plot but finded a gem instead congratulation BOSS LEVEL IS A MASTERPIECES go watch it NOW !

And that my bar for a good movie, did I enjoy myself or not while watching it. I see it’s flaws, every movie has flaws, but I enjoyed the shit outta myself with this movie. Gg boiks. It’s a shame it got its production time cut in half. Edit: oh shit! That was his actual son! Fuckin’ A man. I thought they had some good chemistry.

Bought the movie on bluray yesterday. Loved it! 🥲 Watched it a second time today. Best part for me are the father-son-moments (the development of Roy). If this generates enough money, I hope they don't f**k this up with a bad sequel. Although I have some ideas for it.

27 days? Astounding. Not the first 'Groundhog Day' type of movie, but definitely one of the best, and it deserved a full theatrical release.
