Assuming I haven't done the maths wrong, and my knowledge of how maxInt works in the modded aspect (normally just 2³¹-1) (2⁶³-1) / (2³¹-1) to get the total amount of ticks, ÷20 to get that into seconds which was 214, 748, 364.9 seconds, Divide out to convert into years, (÷60÷60÷24÷365) to get 6.8 years. Or you just bypass all of this with AE2 RF P2P because I'm pretty sure the max transfer limit is maxLong

I've only seen that notation in clicker games when the numbers get too big. Didn't expect to see it in Minecraft of all places. Anyway. I love your videos. @@NOOB-ps8km GTNH to the rescue. I'm in late midgame and my power storage is 1e12 EU. AFAIK, by endgame powergen gets to ~e15 EU/t. But in other packs it's basically infinite, as iirc power transfer into core is limited at 2 billion RF/t (2^31-1), so without some way to bypass integer limit, you are going to need 2 billion ticks to charge that, which is about 3 years
Formally, EN means "multiplied by 10^N", which yeah is equivalent to moving the decimal towards the right. It's a notation you have to be used to, but once you're familiar it becomes quite visualisable, well as visualisable as numbers this big can be.
To be fair to the mod maker, Draconic is only tedious if you collect everything you need for the highest tier before you start with the mod. If you use it from the start, it's not much worse than Thermal or any other tiered mod.
Don't know if Observable is in the pack or whatever it's called but you should have a look with the performance profiler at those Powah Gates. During my time playing ATM9/other kitchensinks those had surprisingly high impact on performance, and (at the very least on servers) shouldn't really be spammed. I think Fluxpoints + Mek cable was among the best in terms of μs/t performance (if we exclude the logistics mod from RFTools author to also do items/fluids/gas). If aesthetics are important I'd have a look at Draconic Evolutions power transfer system, looks neat barely any 'cables', though I'm unsure how it compares to gates in terms of performance.
Btw i got one of your older videos recommended (mystical block episode 18) where you used jei inside the fusion crafting core not sure if it still works tho

Isn't it about 6 years at 2^31 insert rate? 2^64/2^31 is 2^32 ticks, which is 100,000,000 seconds

How your Darker Pipez resource pack isn’t getting traction is beyond me. Crazy how much of a difference it made for me when playing ATM9 TTS🔥
