I’ve done this and I was able to get in last night but the person who hack my account changed my email. And my phone number is link to some other person account I’ve never seen before a Hispanic male. I couldn’t do anything the password for his email link to my Facebook was changed to his password he made. Facebook wanted the password for deactivated and delete acc. Then finally when he login on it kick it me out. I’m so mad right now this getting this far. I give up!!!

I have an issue that might be related to this. I can access my Facebook account and even do things like change my password but I am unable to change the email address associated with my Facebook account in the account settings and then contact information settings. Hello, my account was locked on December 19th. When i follow your video at the uploading ID's step, it said "an error occured" when i tried to upload my ID. My ID's picture is clear and definitely readable but it still pop up the same error. How do i fix this?
