Might Guy doesn't get enough respect for training Tenten. Like, she wasn't originally a weapons master, it was Might Guy who taught her how to use the summoning jutsu to summon weapons. He was also the one who taught her martial arts. Before that, she was a typical ninja who graduated from ninja school
Lin Lin being the sister would have given the Super Fight Arc more depth because Suiryu wouldn’t just be fighting to survive he’d be fighting to protect his sister. I think that definitely adds more to his character than just being another person who Saitama saved and inspired. Suiko works better in the long run though given the later story arcs
Suiko has her own progression story just like him, at least that's what the webcomic was aiming for. So I think the storyline was fine as is. A man fighting for himself is just as good of a reason to become better

So under one definition, yes she IS a tomboy. Just not a short hair cut, muscular, sort of "butch-spunky" type of tomboy look nor actions. She basically a girly girl with boy interests. That is the lowest tier, but still a tomboy tier.
this is part of why i don't fully believe things that creators say about "planned things" for future stories etc and such. so many plans change during the creation and plans you had for stuff that could have happened if the series/show/etc wasn't cancelled easily could change too. example "We had planned for these two to become a couple in the next season if we weren't cancelled." yeah but you might have changed your mind or the people putting your product out there could have made you not do so etc etc so in my mind only what's in the material is canon.
It sucks that Lin Lin isn’t a side-character we’re supposed to care about story wise anymore, but at least we have her and Suiko now. I just want to live in a world where they both gain a more well-deserved spotlight in the story. Perhaps someday.

Personally I thought that would happen , especially after the hospital scene. The martial artists disappeared after that and it's a shame.
