Yupoong has factories in Vietnam and Bangladesh. These caps are both made by Yupoong. Richardson only uses a few factories, Yupoong being one of them and for good reason. Yupoong is the best cap manufacturer in the world, hands down. With that said there are many amazing manufacturers, however, Yupoong has been one of the most talented and consistent to work with although their lead times are around 6-9 months for most custom projects. If you're in the decorator business, Richardson is a great buy. Just know you're likely buying a Yupoong cap if you go with Richardson.
Didn't hear you comment on the biggest difference in my opinion the 2 ventilation holes on the front top of the Richardson vs the Yupoong not having any holes. We actually like the clean look of the Yupoong better.
Richardson seemed to be a tad better quality-wise to me than the yoopong (or whatever they’re called). I actually threw out the yoopong and kept the Richardson.
What material are the caps you are using? I would like like to use acrylic, I thought one of the caps I saw in one of your video introductions. Acrylic is not listed in the product specifications.
some decky hats are acrylic but most hats are either cotton or polyester, usually the details are in the hat description when you look up the model of the hats, most wholesale sites you can also search by fabric option
So you can’t use acrylic? I purchased bunch of caps from BuckWholesale before I had settled on what type of htv to use, I guess I will have to change to stahls.
@Clarence Jackson the hat you choose will be based on the application your applying...I uave no clue what it is your doing in that regard so I cant tell you a yes or no answer, youll need to research both products your using.... as for me I've had no problem with acrylic decky hats and ultracolor soft transfers for example

I agree Richardson has a bit more padding to it
The Richardson brim curves better than yooupong and the sizing is slightly different
it does have a slightly better curve but much lower profile also
Since this is blank apparel, are you allowed to take off their branding and place your own for your own brand? Like stickers or inside tags? Thanks
you can but the inside tags are sewn in they are tedious to remove...ottocap has branding options

they press well just lighter pressure with the 360 IQ hat press its a breeze....also the otto cap foams are a great choice as well

Richardson 112 (6 panel) or 112FP (5 panel) Yupoong 6006 (6 panel) ot 6005 (5panel). There are also several other variations of these styles.
My head size is 2x almost 3x
decky otto and pitbull caps are the best option there especially otto cap
