After 3+ months in this game collecting 2025 universal exclusive skill shards looks like mission impossible.
I understand where you're coming from 100% and I said the same thing to myself early in game with those, and also with Orange Shards. The longer you play, and the more often you look for Universal Exclusive Skill shards & Lucky Skill chests, the more you will find them, and the more you will gain. I've had Lucky Skill Chests give me 1000 of them before. Don't ever pass those up. Even the 10 you can get at the minimum is good. Patience is your friend in this. Being active in all events when you're new to gain things you need is far more important than winning battles. If you keep at it I know from experience you will get there. You will … f2p for 2 years and have over 1.5k in Inventory … just don’t waste them and collect for good use

That's awesome THANK YOU SO MUCH! It's a little embarrassing, but it took me forever to figure this out 100%, and because of it I'm so behind on upgrading perks. So I thought I would share it to stop other people from the mistakes I was making the whole time :)

Thanks for the comment, and for the idea. I will add it to my list. I would say in the meantime that ZIM does a lot of live feeds on him doing his daily chores, and you can talk to him via chat if you're in the feed at the time. I break into those from time to time he's a great person.

Hello your strategies are perfect. i totally agree with your points. I do follow these strategies and with less spending i am able to get the new meta heroes in my march easily.
One more point you should mention is to when to replace a hero from your march, give some guidelines on it. would be awesome to many people.

I adopted a variation of this strategy in February 2023 because I transferred to a server with 70% of the accounts being a year older than mine, with collecting perk shards i fill 1 perk every month and saving all universal shards for future hero development.
PS On the elite recruits it is better to use on the army (tanks) because the drop rate is better.

Thanks for the comment and question :) His status (how happy) is something you directly donate to by clicking the up button to the right of his status bar. I hope that helps. For us we just focus on building him up and getting the rewards that come with donations.
@1noobnoob actually the only thing we do is donate to cheer him up, but always at half bar. Same problem for other alliances according to a line I opened in Reddit.

Hope you are better now. You are Simple and straight to the point. Like you said chasing new heroes isn't always the best.
What I've learned from Top war also is that we have some 100% universal heroes, like Shinji, Gipsy, Asuka, Villiers etc... For me it's not a waste to have those heroes to 5 star and perk, because in the future you can switch them to other types.

that is exactly how I am doing my hero perks, by use of perk farm :) the only issue is getting those univeral skill shards 2025 is like forever :) top war wants us to buy them rather than get them...
Oh yeah UESS are really hard to get up to 2025. Once you start focusing in on them they go up "faster" but still. Luckily they don't release dramatically better heroes for the same until types together often, so I pass up heroes and feel ok about it. Thanks for the comment!!!!
finding this at the right time i guess dont quiet have enough for ex5 of new navy hero or enough shards to 5* although i have been saving gems to try get shards that way sat on 55k gems that ive gained for free over last month or 2 my free heros are only about 4stars atm so there slowly getting near to the free perking
Very nice keep it going. The first time you get a meta hero on release that way it radically changes your performance. The whole time you wait, you will keep using those excess Orange shards on hero perks and also getting stronger every day :)
@@1noobnoob yea i have a navy team of layla crimson and gypse all ex5 none of them perked though they have them unlocked though
hello bro. does amalia with a 5 star level give more gift boxes than a 4 star. or is the gift box the same as a 4 star level?
I didn't move her past level 4 because I always need Orange Shards for other things, but I do believe you get more chests for getting her to level 5. Thanks for the question!

Correct if I'm wrong; you'll never be able to catch up and compete with the players who pay. I don't see how this strategy works if people are purchasing these items and you're not. If you're a casual player this is a good strategy. If you play a lot, you'll be frustrated. That's my experience in my server. Especially during big events. I'm not saying to spend money! Top War wants us to spend money. However, I will say that the game does give you what you need a lot of times.
Pay players have a number of advantages, and don't let anyone tell you differently! However, there's a fine line. Just throwing money at the game will get you smooshed by someone that understand the game and spends a lot less. I know F2P players that have played for years, are outstanding Mechanical Masters and they turn the tides of battles through their knowledge, coordinate, and support. This method works no matter who you are, it's just a question of time and grind in game. Thanks for your comment and support :)
Can Shinji be an exception to rule 1 ? Is it worth it to get him via 2nd EVA event ?
Polik replaced Shinji in the Army meta, so I wouldn't do it. Polik has been out for a while also, so I would skip him if he were around also.

@@1noobnoobwould think so.. But got 3 striker lvl 4 skills ready to merge.. And it says not enough items🤣 so not sure if the game is tripping or iam off with counting
Its got to be a glitch. Unequip it first, then confirm it counts up to three of them in your inventory. Then Merge should be easy.
@@1noobnoob well it was glitches... Did uninstall it.. It said 3 on the hero.. Didn't want to merge.. In bag said 2.. So installed again went to talk with a dev and few mods.. They had no clue.. Went back ingame.. Pressed upgrade and it worked 😂 and normally you need to uninstall the skill before you can merge it when having 2 in inventory and 1 equipped.. But its fixed.. They looking in to it so it won't happen again

You get here from elite recruits and premium
Thanks for the question. If you look on the premium and elite recruit pages where you use your tickets to recruit heroes you will find here there. In the top left corner of either hit the "Preview" button and you will see her with all other free heroes and you chances of drawing her. I hope that helps 😀
If she not there you will have to wait for returning heroes event when she's added
@@1noobnoob she's not availible on every server, i think that servers 2150+ had her on start and they could get her only there.

Over time? Been playing for 6 months and still don’t have 5star free hero. Completely understand the strategy but we are talking well over a year or longer to get 3 5 star hero’s
I 💯 know how you feel, and I felt the exact same way 6 months in. So I threw in the towel and used my Orange Universal Skill Shards on Kat. I felt great about it and told veterans I made the right call. I was wrong. The longer you play, the more opportunities seem to appear to get Universal Exclusive Skill Shards, Lucky Skill boxes, and Orange shards. Also over time it seems like Orange shards get more common. You will see the speed pick up on them I'm sure. Stay active and keep your eyes on every event's rewards. It will happen for you, participate in every alliance event and every event with rewards. I have been playing for about 1 year now. I know players that have been at it for years. What's most important is that you are active. Everything comes with being active in this game over time.

level 5 Gipsy, Eureka & Crimson = Universal march... do not focus on other heroes....
Great heroes for sure... For now... If they hold up for a year I'll be very happy as I put a lot into Gipsy and Eureka. If I can get some extra skills on them through Titan gear who knows how long they might be good. I haven't gotten a hero skill on Titan Gear though I'm on hold with building it.

I just dont agree with one thing.
Games aren't made with python. And python is only good for short programs, not game like this
Love the comment, but I do have partial disagreement on this one, let me explain. I know Python is used to some extent in these games, which are all more complicated than Top War: Minecraft, Battlefield 2, The Sims, World of Tanks, Civilization IV, Unknown Horizons. There are tons of online and in person camps that teach how to mod and develop games that list Python as one of the languages they teach and use for gaming and Mod building. Based on these facts, I use that line of code (but not every line, just the meat part). What any specific game uses I don't know, but I thought it was fair use and reasonably valid based on those facts.
To be Frank...There is nothing new.. May be useful for the new players...But I expected much more.. Its too lengthy video without any useful information.. Sorry to say this..Im really disappointed...
Don't be sorry, everyone is at a different level of experience in the game, and experience varies across events and parts of the game. This one you might have already known, but in another one you might find you learned something new. This is a really great approach, thanks for sharing. I think I understand the idea - but there are actually no SSR heroes who get a ton of free hero shards. It's mostly for the blue and purple ones... and ofc these are not as powerful. So collecting orange shards only takes forever... what's the shortcut here that I might be missing? Thanks noob and everyone else 🫡
For sure they don't drop out of the air quickly for any of those SSR heroes. It's a long strategy, based on knowing those accumulating shards are useless for any free hero you maxed out. It's better to have them doing something then just waiting to use them on the next Terror Aurora or Eternal Lands in an exchange. The best shortcut you might have here is waiting to accumulate them to see which hero you want to start perk farming on. Perk Farming is a long term shortcut to getting maxed heroes with perks in the end IF you can't get enough Orange Universals to do it through having excess orange shards. Sorry for the long explanation but it's a great question that takes a bit to explain well. Thanks for the question and the comment!!!
