From my worldview, the whisper sounds like the embodiment of temptation, It's easier to fall into my weaknesses thinking about the promises it brings (comfort, revenge, respect, pleasure). Only to be unsatisfied. It's demonic in a sense as Satan is the Tempter, but it's not always evil. One can be tempted to purchase a stupid item with the promise of joy, as much as murder with the promise of sweet revenge. In a sense it's the manifestation of our imperfection. Anyway those are just my thoughts.
No, I always appreciate you telling me them. For me I need more perspective in my views. Something that helps broaden the horizon. And yes you're right in that regard of the whisper. The promice is the key.
