I would use only one heat lamp. They also need a place to cool at times. Plus they like moving lots between naps 24/7 for 21 days full time lights with or without heat lamp. Eating and growing is the best gain on your birds size and heath.

My only comment is you are a bit close to your well. I’ve seen wells get contaminated from livestock run off. See if you can route heavy rain runoff away from your well. Just an observation. Just the same, GREAT JOB!

Thanks its not likely with the depth of the well. But we free range them so they never really poo in the coop!
