Did it all today. 6 for 6, 10 RBIs, 2 stolen bases to reach a total of 51, and 3 home runs to reach 51 on the season. Shohei Ohtani, the absolute GOAT of baseball. What a privilege it is, to watch him play.
there's literally no words to describe how good this man is 🐐🐐🐐
Also 5 for 5 with RISP, and 8 RBI in 2 out situations. The king of high leverage!
I just watched the greatest offensive game ever by Ohtani in the history of MLB and I watched the game for 55 years, 6 At Bats 6 Hits 4 Runs 10 RBIs 2 SBs and 3 HRs the Man is Superman and the GOAT 🐐
大谷は良いだろ??

Sad thing is the pitchers ain’t matching his greatness and he might not win the World Series cus of the pitching delema
Shohei Ohtani has thrown a complete game shutout with 2 homeruns in the same day, had back to back games with 8 RBI’s and 13 strikeouts and now he has the greatest game of all time?? This man can’t be human
he's really only getting started too
He has argument vs. Himself !!🤣🤣 Incredible !!!
3 homerun
Dusty Baker last year on the All Star media press conference said Ohtani is the most talented player in the history of the game, that's coming from Dusty Baker who grew up watching Willie Mays, played with Hank Aaron and managed Barry Bonds. Shohei is the Unicorn and the Goat 🐐
Dude is a level 99 character in real life. 😂
Honestly. I think he’s got a secret wish note that turns his wildest dreams into reality. No one can write a more dramatic script for 40/40 and 50/50. Simply unreal!
Shohei Ohtani's life plan (from age 18-42) he wrote at 16 years old:
• Age 18: Join an MLB team
• Age 19: Master English and reach AAA
• Age 20: Called up to the Majors, make 1.5 billion JPY (translates to $13 million in US)
• Age 21: Starting rotation, 16 wins
• Age 22: Win the Cy Young Award
• Age 23: Member of Japan WBC team
• Age 24: Throw a no-hitter and 25 wins
• Age 25: Throw fastest pitch in the world 175 kph (or 108 mph)
• Age 26: Win the World Series and get married
• Age 27: Member of Japan WBC team & MVP
• Age 28: 1st son is born
• Age 29: Throw 2nd no-hitter
• Age 30: Get most wins by a Japanese pitcher
• Age 31: 1st daughter is born
• Age 32: Win 2nd World Series
• Age 33: 2nd son is born
• Age 34: Win 3rd World Series
• Age 35: Member of Japan WBC team
• Age 36: Break the strikeout record?
• Age 37: 1st son starts baseball
• Age 38: Stats drop, start to think about retirement
• Age 39: Decide to retire at end of next season
• Age 40: Throw no-hitter in my very last game
• Age 41: Return to Japan

He hit a game winning grand slam to get to 40/40 then he goes and top that with 6for6 3hr, 2sb, 10rbi’s on the day he got to 50/50. Amazing

Quite possibly. I've been watching baseball for several decades. 6 hit games are incredibly rare. 3 homer games are rare. 10 RBI games are incredibly rare. To do all of that at once, with 2 stolen bases, and to create the 50/50 club while doing so is just nothing short of amazing.
Closest thing I can remember was back in 1993 Mark Whiten, a journeyman OF for the Cardinals hit 4 HRs and had 12 RBIs in a single game.
He became only the 10th player in MLB history to record 10+ RBI in a single game. I have never seen anyone like Ohtani before. He is one of a kind, in a class by himself. Stat checkers are always hard at work whenever Ohtani plays. You never know what record he might break or create. MVP!

Last year when Ohtani was with the Angels I was blessed to see him play a few times. My son's father-in-law had season seats 5 rows up behind home plate at Angel Stadium Anaheim. He was so mad how the Angels were playing that he gave his tickets to us, which we graciously accepted. For many years I was a 'AAA' hockey coach and am always in awe of Supreme sports talent. When I first saw Ohtani up close at the plate, I was so impressed that I saw him as the '21st Century Babe Ruth'. He is an amazing talent with many years left to change many records in baseball. Congratulations Ohtani on your record setting day and many more to come!
