And then 2 years later she just broke up with me, out of nowhere, saying that she was a stupid girl for putting up with the cheating and that it destroyed her. Only now in retrospect the signs that it bothered her from the beginning are clear as day, I just didnt want to see them I guess. She was an amazing girl, beautiful on the inside and out. I think the key is how she’s treating you. If she’s treating you good (and she knows you’re able to get laid), and you cheat, she’ll likely dump you

Women are VERY aware of power dynamics and in a case where she's acting up and you retaliate by flexing options, she hits you with a 1-2 counter punch: cries to emotionally manipulate you, and then sex to drive the point home. She didn't sleep with you because she desired you, she slept with you as a form of self-preservation. It was intrasexual competition with the other woman. Her sleeping with you was a "🖕🏾” to the other girl.

Casey is so right. I did a lot of things he said about losing your GF in my first relationship. Which ended with me getting dumped. I was so confused and didn't understand at the time. After many years of dating and being with women I came to the realization that this is the only way for them to truly desire you. An the thing about is I don't even want to cheat really but I rather do that than be treated the way I was in my first relationship.
I read of other guys who’ve done the same thing you did, but were left because of it anyway.

One person may agree with him based on his personal experiences, but another may disagree based on *his* personal experiences. So even if I experienced all the things that happened to him, I may be mistaking them to be universal truths. There needs to be a metric beyond that to determine its overall validity.
