I injured my knee earlier this year and the doc told me to take a week off from working out my knee. Basically I did upper body for the week to give my knee a rest. I hope it heals quickly Jamie!
Love watching your vlogs every weekend! 💖 Tip: to get off sticker glue rub olive oil on it until saturated then leave it for a couple of hours or overnight. Use a plastic scraper and kitchen degreaser/dishsoap to clean off the oil. Works like a charm!

For the sticker stuck on the bottom of the storage...I recommend getting “Goof Off” it’s great for getting stickers off! It’s in a yellow spray bottle!!! Works wonders😘😘
