PLEASE have an investigation done because whoever did that to you is doing this to other people. They MUST be caught because they are a horrible person and are doing this to a lot of other people most likely. Have the police get into the cameras footage and find exactly who did it!

I worked for British Airways (left a fortnight ago) but you can get a refund on everything that was in your bag along with what you bought in Marrakech.
Just email BA through their website along with your baggage reference number i.e. LGWBA12345 and they will bank transfer you the cost of everything. BUT if you claim through your insurance they can't help. I suggest getting in touch with them xxx

File a claim with the airline. Estimate everything high on the cost. That’s bull shit someone stole your makeup out of your suitcase.

Oh man I’m so sorry about your makeup and Gucci belt being stolen. That’s absolute bull 😭😭 Had my entire bag and all my possessions (cards, house keys, iPod, driving license, etc) stolen inside it. I can sympathize, it feels really traumatizing and you feel violated. The good thing is that when BA compensates you (which they bloody well should do) you can go out and buy yourself all your favourites all over again in brand new sparkly cases! 💕

Would they not have compensated you if it wasn’t your job? Having my makeup missing is always a nightmare of mine when travelling because I know I couldn’t afford to replace it
Amy Thristan they compensate but they usually will offer like $100 when the value will be $1000 or more.

Jamie this broke my heart for you. I can't imagine how you feel. When constantly traveling, or traveling at all you should be able to trust the airlines. And for it to be one of their workers to steal from you is even worse. They didnt take your matter seriously so obviously they will try and cover their asses now. Like you said it's violating you were under the assumption you would get your suitcase back, with all of your belongings in it. I'm sorry this has happened to you. This is the exact reason I only travel with a carry on but obviously that isn't easy for every one. Especially when you're working for a company. Keep your head up girl. I was on Air Lingus in Dublin, Ireland and my family's luggage was "lost." When we got it back my mom's makeup and jewelry was gone too! We filed for compensation and I hope you are compensated too! I completely feel your pain, I hope they can make it right for you as well, best of luck beautiful

Jamie!!! 😭 I’ve had makeup stolen from my home twice; the last time was about a month ago (this time some of my brushes) and it’s SOOO upsetting! 💔 I know it’s not the end of the world but it’s $$ to replace and I can’t do it quickly for that reason.
