I like 12tpy because it makes the seasons not only more impactful and the gameplay slower but because you can better predict when the movement gets slow. I dont really like the random one turn in the middle of a campaign where you suddenly just cannot move at all and the side effect that characters live longer makes generals and governors much more valuable. I still find myself switching between the regular 4tpy and this because it still doesnt feel like a realistic campaigning season because the game just cannot be slow paced enough to make it work. Even with 24tpy I just move my armies without planning when it would be best especially because the movement in winter doesnt always get slow but does it unpredictably. If somebody figured it out, let me know. Maybe the movement is only very limited in combination with supply issues. For anyone planning on using 12tpy, the mod doesnt make the reforms hit after an eternity. They trigger after a set amount of turns and not a specific date.

i mean sure 12 turns per year sounds nice and all but making the game even slower? If the turn resolve time wasnt so outrageous i would gladly use that........
why play with 4 turns per year ? It makes no sense. It would take 1 year for Romans to march from Rome to Gaul.. When in actual real life it would have taken 2 months maximum.
I played this 30 hours and build a nice little empire with Macedonia. Then the entire Province with Athen, Sparta and Crete formed their own empire and they betrayed me. This is to much, you have to do so much things, and I love it, but being a fucking politicial with shit like this ruins the game and you can never be safe.

if anyone coulf help that would be great
I want a mod to automatically deploy the army in single player battles.
HELLO THANKS FOR YOUR VIDEO I LIKED IT I WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOUR LOAD ORDER TO MAKE THIS MODS WORK WITHOUT CRASHING THE GAME SOMETIMES IT HAPPENS TO ME IN BATTLES
I'll make a video on it bud :)
@@TheTerminatorGaming THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Holy crap the Roman Legions for DEI (Unit reskin) mod requires like 5 other mods just to get it to work properly? I unfortunately passed on it, because it got too tedious figuring out which ones go where and didn't want to screw anything up... 1. DEI Legions Script Fix. 2. DEI Extravaganza - Fixed and Updated Version. 3. DEI Extravaganza. 4. DEI Style Units Cards From Roman Legions Mod By Noniac (Optional but preferred). 5. Roman Legions for DEI. 6. Roman Models Extravaganza 1.0.9. Sheesh...
The 4 turns per year mod says it isn't compatible
Which no agents submod is it?
Hi mate! It's this one steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1231118028 :)
@@TheTerminatorGaming Thanks! I've yet to play a DEI campaign yet, is agent spam actually a big problem?
Hey bud, ah so excited for you, its a great mod :) I mean agent spam is as much a problem as in any TW game this just guarantees it doesn’t happen 😂😂 I would try with and without to see what suits you :) have fun!
I gotta stop watching your videos!
I just started 1 week ago a Romani EB2 playthrough
Turn 145. Im keeping detail records of my different Consuls and their endeavors with my legions with updates of who leads them with Imperium
Hella fun to keep up with for my own pleasure
BUT
Now i want to go download DEI for rome 2 (never played beyond turn 30 in Rome 2 because i didnt like it, downloaded in 2016)
I also downloaded Stainless Steel after having finished. Teutonic Order Grand Campaign Mod playthrough for Med2 and cant start it because i did EB2
Too many awesome modsA
some of those mods are a bit behind with updates and can caus a lot of bugs
I've used almost all of them recently so there shouldn't be any issues apart from those I say in the video that are undergoing an update. Thanks for watching!
Isnt Dei 4tpy by default?
Hey Luka! It is indeed, I just thought it was worth going over the other options, neglected to mention it comes as 4TPY though. Thanks for watching!
@@TheTerminatorGaming No problem, thank you for answering, great video keep it up!
What's the music? It's painful for me Ive forgotten ffs
Starts at like 4mins
I hate the vanilla unit cards and symbols even after 150 houres of playing it's hard to recognise units in the heat of battle
i mean sure 12 turns per year sounds nice and all but making the game even slower? If the turn resolve time wasnt so outrageous i would gladly use that........
I love DEI so much. Warhammer 3 just came out but I instantly came back for some good historical yummy gameplay
blood mod?????
AWSOME!
Can someone link me the Fewer armies more edicts mod?
why play with 4 turns per year ? It makes no sense. It would take 1 year for Romans to march from Rome to Gaul.. When in actual real life it would have taken 2 months maximum.
You have my bad lol
Some of these mods are obsolete already.
Well I did make this video 2 years ago :D But yeah there will be newer versions
This is still relevant in 2024?
Hmmmm not quite really. But I’ll have a think about a more up to date version :)
I played this 30 hours and build a nice little empire with Macedonia. Then the entire Province with Athen, Sparta and Crete formed their own empire and they betrayed me.
This is to much, you have to do so much things, and I love it, but being a fucking politicial with shit like this ruins the game and you can never be safe.
imagine not linking the mods yikes
Ancient empires is outdated and causes alot of bugs. Dont use that one, would be my advise
Could u pin theese in comments please
Yo, wait don't use campaign zoom mod, that will break the mod. Another thing is often check total war center instead of steam workshop. Steam workshop doesn't have half the mods. www.twcenter.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?2036-Sub-Mods-for-Divide-et-Impera
Hi mate, I've been using it fine so it should work? But agreed total war center is the main source of mods :) I'll be doing a submod guide PART 2 for DEI soon so will absolutely include that as a recommendation! Thanks for watching hope you enjoyed it!
@@TheTerminatorGaming it works doesn't mean it hasn't destroyed all of the scripts. Great video
