Bro you explained exactly what i had during my MBA i was feeling really lonely even with friends, as if no one was listening to me and it really made me do lot of things to grab their attention towards me and literally cried alot when i was alone in my room and didnt have a good social circle and i was even at the verge of suicide because of this and even though i'm constantly trying to build myself up i still feel it inside me sometimes

I am currently preparing for iit and i took dummy and online coaching i am alone most of time cause both my parents are working i avoided social interactions no functions no outdoor games and na mami papa se ache se baat karta tha kyuki padhai achi nhi chal rhi thi and this totally fucked my mental health and study.I realised it very late that my mind needs social interactions to be happy and work happily recently i increased my interactions with people offline and i feel happy and thanks to your advice i hang out with friends who have growth mindset and it helped me a lot to focus on my studies. @@Kartik-j4b it does. Mine increased at 19 till 20. I was skinny whole life and hence didn't have proper nutrition. But when I turned 18 and started first year of senior college, I decided to focus on nutrition and started stretching exercises early in the morning. Right after waking up. At 14 I hit 5'4 but got stuck there till 18. But from 19 to 20 I actually grew up to 5'9. I'm aware 5'9 isn't tall but compared to 5'4 I'm way taller. My father is 5'7 and mother is 5'4. So again compared to my mother, I look like a giant 😂

Guys try one thing… find a sport to watch or a fandom like anime, k drama, etc and make plans with other people who are interested in these things. Meet them at least once a fortnight. I did this with football and now I go to my friend’s place for football matches every weekend. The anticipation of the weekend rolling in feels great.

I don’t really think people are lonely they just lack real friends. And real friends are becoming a lot rarer these days so people end up having fun with fake friends for a temporary while and then later on forget about them and realize not everyone is their actual friend

Now, if I talk about loneliness and community of quality people and friendship. I don't belong to this at all. Being an ADHD, Introvert guy I didn't achieve great in my career and social life. No, friends, no people. Nothing, at all. Also, when you are over 35 so it is very hard to build connection and make friends. Do, you know where to build connections? The best place to build connections is at the hospital. Yes, that's true! This is a place where you actually meet the random people, their families who are in deep pain. When you stand with them, offer your support in their tough time then trust me this is a connection for the life time. Earlier on Social Media people talk. But, now noone talks at all. Noone gives a damn whether you are alive or dead. It's not like that I don't like to connect with people. But, when you don't have anything great to offer then you automatically push yourself back. So, yeah! That's why I've never i mean ever approached any women at all. Also, the law is enough to f### the men in false cases. So, another reason to stay away from women. They all just want to use the men and eat their money. So, if men improve their lifestyle, growth and progress to loose everything in court. Sorry, brother no need of a woman in life.
