Ok one day Julie there those little stinkers won’t be annoying to us! I’m glad the kids can have music classes. U always do so much all of the time! Bless yur heart 🥰😇❤️
We get them every year when it starts to get cool outside, we get the green sticky traps and put peanut butter in the center, we have already got 3 so far.
Julie, the cheese is too big so the weight of it was preventing the trap from setting, use a dab of peanut butter instead.Slide the trap into a paper lunch bag. You catch a mouse, you throw the whole thing in the trash, no touching,no mess! Also, buy a pack of steel wool and look for holes or any areas where you think they're coming in. Really pack those holes with the steel wool- its amazing the small cracks and crevices those critters can come in through. I did this at my cabin, and we get zero mice. You have to seal where they're coming in, and steel wool is cheap and effective!
They make live traps and they work awesome! The only pain in the butt is, you have to drive them no less than 2 miles away to release them. I have a trap that can hold up to 20 mice. I use a little peanut butter.
I love those traps. I do not like mice. We had a family of mice come in from the garage as I was sitting right in my living room. I was on the phone with my Sister getting scared. I could not set the old fashioned traps and was waiting for my kids to get home to set them. I tried to keep them in the living room by lightly screaming and they would run back and hide. We got them all except Houdini. He could seem to always not get trapped. We moved shortly after this and I let the property manager know that we tried to get rid of it. They forgot to keep the heat on and they found Houdini belly up in the living room.
Houdini is a great name! I had a Houdini once. He kept Erbauung the usps. I couldn't fire out how since he was getting past them. One day I was at the computer desk and he came out, called asking the wall until he got up the trap and then climbed onto the top edge of the baseboard like a tightrope walker! I couldn't believe my eyes! I chased him into the living room even moving my piano to try to catch him. Since I was pretty preggo, I threw out my back. We got a trap he couldn't avoid and got rid of him! I never tried to move that piano again!
Make air fryer turkey meatballs with parsley, parm cheese, onions and bread crumbs. They are DELICIOUS! I eat them with grapes on the side. Let me know if you want the the recipe!
I also make sloppy joes with it. Get a big can of sloppy joe mix, ground turkey and buns. Add tater tots and you have a whole meal for like 10$ for the whole family

You know what mice really like peanut butter, my family has also done Dr pepper. They drink it and then they can't burp so they just explode.
