i remember when i was with my friend, he got a go cart for his birthday. he specifically told me to not go fast over the curbs. when it was my turn i went fast over the curb while he was inside. the cart skidded on the road and flipped in the air. i skidded my knees and hands on the road. i forgot how to unbuckle and buckle the seat belt. while trying to figure it out a car was coming down the street. it wasnt stopping. i was waving it down telling it to stop. it was way down the street but coming closer. right there i was remembering my life. that was the closes i have ever been to death. the car turned the corner before the road i was on. my friends dad came outside, he unbuckled me and got me on the sidewalk. made sure i was okay and then got mad at my friend for leaving. i was still crying on my way home. i stopped crying before i walked inside and never talked about it again.
