I will be in Albany, NY the beginning of July, and we are planning on spending a day in Saratoga! I can’t wait! 👏🏻👏🏻 I visited Lake George in the winter and almost everything was closed up, this time of year you are going to have so much fun.

I'm a new subscriber to your channel, which i LOVE by the way! But this warms my heart seeing (sorry you had such cold and wet weekend camping!!!) that you went to Saratoga! I live about 30 mins from Saratoga, in Albany area, and it has such a charm and elegance to it! Such a fun downtown to walk around! You captured it beautifully. And I grew up going to Lake George, HIGHLY recommend, especially the cruises! Some fabulous beaches as well, and another cute downtown to walk around. Keep up the amazing work with your channel, it's truly enjoyable content!

Thr shops are expensive so are the restaurants
so so so expensive
I have been in Saratoga Springs during the racing season for most of this century because; I am employed by a horse trainer at the Churchill Downs race track; and I know that the shops ; and the restaurants are expensive because they have to pay for their overhead including the employees.
The next time you go to Saratoga Springs; you definitely should go to the two farmers markets; there’s a farmers market on high rock avenue near the downtown areas that is open on Wednesdays 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays; and the other one is at the SPAC entrance on Sunday morning from; I think it’s open from 9: am to 1:00 pm.
You don’t have to eat in those fancy restaurants; and instead you can purchase your food from the Price Chopper supermarkets.
Saratoga sucks during the winter
