Follow this if an S4 user and you will have lights box to lights
S5 users should be able to get lights but some extra understanding of S5 will be required

i am adding 48 arches to my display but cant get them to work. I have 3 pixie 16 controllers with 16 arches hooked up to each pixie 16 and 100 bulbs on two stings of ws2811 being used. How are they set up in the preview? Help!!

I have two 7 port Powered USB hub adapters.
Each network has its own red RS485HS adapter.

Where did you put your step by step instructions. I have 2 Pixie16dv4s. I can configure them from LOR hardware utility but none of the test work. Its super frustrating. I Have a couple DMX controller that I run with LOR software that took a few minutes to get working. I am at a loss why I can't get these working. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Jason Stroh you can’t get them to test in the Hardware Utility or in the sequencer?
@@doubletrbl3201 I think LOR figured it out...some of my newer pixels use a longer wave form outside of the normal range. They have offered to extend the range on my controllers.
Quick question when running a second pixie controller do you piggyback just like you using your regular controllers or does it need its on USB -rs485 plug?
Thanks alot this help but I was wondering the first three channels on my.pixel 4 count 1 to 50 but the fourth port counts 150 to 200 do you know what is causing that its given me trouble when programming
we bought the package of 4 arches with controller Pixy 4 and for some reason port 3 won't work, we have unplugged the controller and the lights and plug it up and still won't work what are we doing wrong

Does software license level matter when configuring the pixie 16? I have a basic plus license - followed this procedure and my pixels won’t turn on
Setting up no. Sequencing yes. You must have a Pro level license. My apologies for the late reply.
Do you have instructions for S6. ? Ihave different things happening than this video!

I have the S6 Software and I am having trouble inserting the device in SE? It looks different. Lol
The video was created well before S5 or S6. It is different, much easier. Any chance you are attending the Christmas Expo in a couple days I will be there teaching and can help you out.

I set my controller up this way but cannot seem to understand how this works with visualizer in S4. When I go to make a mega tree it has the choice of DMX or strings. 🤷♀️
Use the Tree Wizard, select RGB within. If you need help with the vis I can help. More than likely I already have a CCR tree with the unit IDs you need.
