    What is the purpose of an air tube? Is it for the puffing of the ice cream?

    I've got two casters that the wheels are jammed How do I change the casters ? And, Do I have to change he Adaptor ? Taylor Model 794.33

    Can i make frozen yogurt without powder mix?? Please i want now how i make my oun flavor of original type I don’t want to use powder mix there is sulosion?

      Some of our customers do come up with and make their own soft serve mixes. By making it yourself you get a much wider range of options for health and taste. We do recommend seeking professional help from a consultant in the dairy industry to help with that. If your solids, fat and sugar ratios are not correct, you will over freeze and damage your machine. For the most part powder yogurt is the most affordable solution.

      Every how many days we make assembly wash also can I put the ice cream inside the Hobber like 2 days putting standuy mood or it will be bacteria

      @@slicesconcession8012 I've been working with 8756 3ph with water cooling for 5 years. And I make the mix myself. What is the optimal % of fat for Taylor machine?
