Discovered this series because I wanted to connect with my daughter over something she was into.
Absolutely blown away by the charm and nobility of the characters, hearing this I was surprised by how much emotional investment I have in this show. Great work, Sam.

There were so many moments that had me wild with emotion. This show builds it so well and spikes it at the perfect times. Like with season 4. I damn near cried at the climax of the work study arc. Definitely a good one to start with.

I'm not hating on Deku, but if he loses his quirk permanently at some point he'll have to figure out ways to become a real hero without any quirk just like how it all started. Like, just analyze him, his whole character destroys the concept and message of the series, which is: "anyone can be a hero", the problem is that he's way too overpowered and it is really incoherent with the whole fuckn thing.

I think the Jet set Run is the best OST, then I think the second best is You say run, then Kacchan theme bakusatsuou, and then Todoroki's theme!

The closest you'll get is by L'Orchestra Cinématique. There could be other covers, but I'll be psyched to see what Samuel Kim could do with the DOOM OST. 'At Doom's Gate' (E1M1) would be awesome too.

Yuki Hayashi's "You Say Run" is the best OST theme song for My Hero Academia (2016 -), as well as Makayla Phillips' "Might+U" is the best song in the entire series. And this is the best and most epic cover of both songs, Samuel Kim, why didn't you do more covers of this series if this one is excellent?

I’ve listen to many renditions of you say Run but this hands-down has to be the best one that I’ve heard
God- this has no reason to make tear up but it's primarily cus MHA is a comfort anime and the part where Deku saves Eri has to be the most relieving and happiest scenes in the entire anime.
