This video was amazing! Just what I needed. I am from the UK and I was very lucky to visit Norway in 2017. It changed my perspective of things and how I look at things. I fell in love with the culture, with the people, with the landscape and so much more. For me, I have been wishing to move to Norway for so long, and now I am trying to learn the language and make the first step to moving there. You have helped me so much with this video. I really appreciate your videos and I can't wait to see more 🥰🙏💙
Hi, I appreciate all the work you're doing! I'm from Argentina, I'm temporarily in Italy and I'm moving to Norway cos' I don't belong my home country either its society, I find the north a place to reach peace with the cold and the fjords.
Super video! 🤪
this is such a wonderful video, it makes me feel comfortable how you talk about these personal issues and the personal issues and thoughts before taking the practical steps to make the choice and route in life!
Wow girl this video was the real shit. I'm really thankful for you, that was better for helping me figuring out myself than a year of therapy. Your smile and accent were also a complete delight. Thank you so much.
Hi Ellen! I stumbled on your video while watching several videos along the way. 25 minutes later and I'm still watching it cause I totally understand the message you're trying to pass here. I'm moving to Norway in 30 days and your thoughts are exactly the thoughts in my head about living working and evolving as a person there! Weather is not an issue for me, on the contrary i always preferred winter and snow! (45°C here in Greece at the moment 🤦♂️) I'll watch and rest of the parts about moving in Norway and comment back on your other videos as well! Thank you for the effort you made on making these video series! Have a good one! 🙏
Hey @myselfmiky ! I'm here from Greece too and i am seriously considering to relocate by the completion of my studies (learning Norwegian already). How did moving go? How are you doing up north?
Hej Ellen, such a good video. I really like that you first focus on the REAL problems behind and to ask yourself, if moving to another country really is the best solution. Or if there are other solutions at your home country. Or things you have to fix in yourself. Things, relocating can not fix. The things you can not run away from. I can imagine that lots of people leave their home country because of these things. But they can not run away, they have to let it go.
Hi Ellen! You are so adorable and I absolutely loved the video. It was both informative as well as entertaining with your awkwardness. I enjoyed hearing your beautiful accent but was also good to hear what to think about since we should have a why for any big decision. If its buying a housing, new job, relocation, etc knowing your why will motivate and drive you.
An European programma Digital Europe for All (DE4A) is piloting a way to ease the burden of moving to another European Country by digitally exchanging your data from your native country to your new country. So the amount of paperwork, as well as the duration of procedures, will be greatly reduced. This is part of the Single Digital Gateway, one of the coming advantages of Europe.
I watched the whole video and found it useful , thanks for the message and I am from India, I believe your videos will be very helpful for me to move to Norway 😀
Thanks to the author of the channel for this fascinating video! It is interesting to see how people live in other countries! It is very important to know foreign languages on such trips. I would like to recommend to all travelers a practical guide to learning foreign languages by Yuriy Ivantsiv " Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages". This book contains a lot of useful tips on how to learn a foreign language for tourists, students, entrepreneurs and anyone who needs a foreign language in life. There are a lot of good tips on how to solve problems with the language from beginner to advanced level of language learning. It turns out that the traveler only needs to know a few dialogues and you can easily travel around the world! You don't have to spend a lot of time to fully learn a foreign language, you just need to learn what you can use when you travel. I wish everyone exciting travels!
I want to move to Norway because it might be easy for me to have family there. Plus, the USA school system does not good those are colleges not bad, but cost too much. On top of that, my grandmama is from Norway, but she die when I was a kid.

You make me smile too. Lovely personality.
Sometimes there are no problems behind our motivations. I am retired and simply wish to move to beautiful Norway 😉
No thanks. We are full, we have no need for old and useless people.

The most important question: what i want to achieve moving in Norway vs not to, and its consequences. Thank you so much for raising this question
