This is probably the best cartoon figure NECA has ever made for any line. The movie Tokka might be better because of its excellent articulation, but this is just fire.

And I think it looks way better like this as opposed to them making a completely smooth looking figure, as if he's got milky white hairless skin.
Definitely agree. It's not just the best cartoon Ninja Turtles figure ever, but objectively the best ultimate release. So much value for your money. Like they didn't have to throw in Spot - he wasn't even in the episode. Or how the cloak has a wire in the hood. That's some gsplot quality right there. The best soft goods you'll get from Hasbro or Mattel is ribbon material/paper maché.
This was my first Neca Turtle figure. I held on for a few months because I didn't want to start a new collection. I just wanted Usagi. I now have 40 characters
@@D21BeastReviews Other than watching reviews on it before you get the figure, the best way to know about the figures is to watch the Trevor Zammit interviews. He's the main guy over the Turtles lines. NECA needs to start posting links for those interviews on Facebook and Instagram, cause there's so many collectors that don't know the exist on TH-cam. And you don't just get to find out about soon to be released figures, but a lot of teasing with upcoming stuff too.
Definitely agree with the way the scabbards attach. Like there shoud've been that sculpted whitish belt on them, and you simply peg it on the belt (or at least give us a band that's not the exact opposite in colour). I mean yeah, there'd be a little hole there if you don't have them on, but not a big deal. And they could've had a little plug to put there anyways when not in use, like the one on Zach's backpack.
Glad NECA went all in to make this a pretty complete Usagi figure! The only way I can imagine to make it better would be to have all of the clothes be cloth in the future.
I mean I thought about that, but the gee isn't like a robe like it is with Splinter. If it had a soft goods gee and pants, it'd be a Mezco One:12 figure. It just wouldn't fit in with the rest of the line. But still, Mezco _could_ do a fully clothed comic version...I'd be all up on that!

Holy crap man, you really should get it! It's practically the definitive figure from the line, besides the main characters. Even if you didn't grow up with the show or the toys, it's still an awesome character to get.
Huge fan of Usagi in the comics. Absolutely love this figure. I would even love a black-and-white version.

Picked this up at Target a couple days ago. It’s really quite good. And the accessories are perfect.

Wife got one on Ali express last month and I was lucky enough to grab one for my son at Target last week. This figure is the best.
