I watched this episode a year ago when this came out and thought I'll never get this figure. I'm proud to say I finally locked one down for a fair price and I'm currently waiting for it to ship to my house. Great review a year later Hatter. Usagi was one of my favorite figures as a kid so to see Neca do such an awesome comic accurate version really makes me happy.

If the figure falls apart its legit not a Neca QC issue. You took them out of the equation when you bought direct from the factory or their reseller. It could be indicative of an issue with the figures they ordered from the factory but the one you got is not part of that run and they shouldn't have any obligation to replace figures they didn't sell.
I never said they were obligated to replace it even if it was a QC issue. I bought this from allie with the knowledge I was taking a chance. That being said, I also have quite a few instances where I bought figures directly from them with QC issues and they still have not replaced them.
@Mad Hatter Reviews I know you didn't say that they were mate. My point was that you said if it broke that its a Neca QC issue which is not the case.
@@BooshmanLee What I meant by that is if it falls apart, it's probably not because it's made by some mysterious third party knockoff group as some might be led to believe, it's a QC issue that stems from the factory that NECA uses. Whether it's a bad run of figures or whatever the reason, the source is from the factory.
@@madhatterreviews6705 Without a doubt, same factory, same issue but one is by definition not a Neca product. Had you had an issue thought it would note than likely been seen in the official run also.
@@BooshmanLee Right. I'm just trying to clarify it's not a third party company making them since that feels like false info. In terms of...is what I have an official NECA product? I really don't know for sure. If it's sanctioned by them but got slipped to resellers or just a 'bad' run that they didn't put their name on, I don't know. Although both scenarios means it was at least INTENDED to be a NECA product at some point. Third scenario is its a rogue factory owner who made his own run. All in all, I'm just saying the same machines that pump out the official NECA ones are probably pumping out the non sanctioned one, therefore I can't tell the difference.

You know, I don't remember him from the original cartoon but also unsure if every original series was aired in the UK. But it does look like a cool figure and one day when I do catch up with the original series I'll no doubt want him. So may as well dice in but haven't seem him offered by any of the usual retailers i use so who knows when he'll appear in the UK - but fingers crossed he will soon
