Hi I have a rlly bad glitch where 2 seasons later the 20 ye old wonder kids are not willing to relocate what do I do

I don’t get how these lower league players have face scans yet the players playing in bigger teams don’t
Most were scanned when at a big club.
Many of these are not availble on Ps4
They are if you download both the Title Update and Squad Update.
