- Hello awesome people, thanks for tuning into the channel! Dorking with Dice is back this week with a big box of 20 vintage Baseball and Football packs! A giant D20 will tell us which ones we get to open today!
We rip a nice variety of packs today, including one of our big ones! sS sit back and relax with a beverage of your choice and behold some vintage goodness : )
Once more, allow me to express my tremendous gratitude to each and every one of you for helping encourage and support the channel! I seriously never imagined I'd be a small part of such a great group of amazing, supportive people--thank you all so much!
Over the next couple of weeks, I've got more great content planned, including baseball, football, hockey, mail day, and more! So stay tuned for some thoroughly average content and the usual Card Wolf banality!
Thanks again for watching and happy collecting!

Awesome as always my friend. God bless
Great Dorking with Dice on Monday, CW! Always up for Dorking with Dice!🐺
Thanks James! Hope you had a great weekend : )
Dorking with dice, better late then never!
Nice dorking with dice rips CW! Like the 81 Donruss cards! Have a great day!👍✌️
I love that Willie McGinnis card. I think he is a Hall of Famer too
Would not surprise me if he's in the Hall--he was a solid player for many years.
Nice 81
Bryan Cox was always a pain in the Colts behind. Great player.
Thanks Joe! Hope you had a great weekend : )
Woot thank you for the video. Sitting here waiting for my son at the moment. Perfect timing CW
Glad my randomness coincided with yours today, Ryan : ) I finished filming this, uploaded it, and then left to go wait in the pickup line for my son to get out of school as well : )
Great episode brother! nice Woodson, thomas, White and more! hope you have a nice day my friend! 😁
Williams was a good manager, hall of famer, won 2 world series, and finished with a 520 willing percentage.
Wow--I did not follow Williams' career very closely and had no idea he'd amassed so much postseason success. I always thought of him as a journeyman manager, but that's impressive. Thanks Diehl!
Another awesome episode. I loved proset power. They were definitely an improvement from proset at the time. Love the Joe Montana Berry Sanders and Willie McGinist cards.
Thanks for sharing
Thanks so much, Scott! Lots of nice football pulls today for sure : )
Loved seeing those two stud pitchers come out of that Donruss pack. I enjoyed the Monday Dorking, buddy!
Thanks Shane! Really nice to pull three HoFers from that Donruss pack--it's a huge set, so that was a good pack!
Wow Friday came early 😮😅
Don Money’s grandson Buddy Kennedy is on the Phillies currently!
Thanks Bobby! I had no idea he had a grandson in the majors!
Great DwD episode, CW! Sweet ‘81 Donruss pack with Seaver and Palmer pulls. Some nice football cards in that last Upper Deck pack as well (Sanders, Montana and Rice)!
Nice HOF cards pulled in this DWD episode. Darryl Johnston was a pro bowl fullback for the Cowboys not a linebacker. Fullbacks and linebackers pretty much have the same build. The Pro Set Power cards were nice but they were only made in 1992 and 1993. Pro Set wasn't around very long before they filed bankruptcy.
The Score Power or whatever they are called were the "fancy cards" section of my LCS in the 90s. I think they're great! Sparky Anderson!! Oh my, the Bryan Cox with his helmet on backwards needs a sleeve.
They were totally fancy back then, no question : ) You can sleeve the Bryan Cox when I send it to you : )
Good Dorking on a Monday. Maybe that was the key to get the 1981 Donruss pack.
Excellent point, D-Tor! And it was a great pack as well, with several HoFers : )
Awesome episode of DWD, CW! The '81 Donruss brings back fond memories! Some of the very first cards I collected were '81 Donruss! Funny, I just got that same Don Money card signed by him TTM! Have you ever noticed the huge amount of 80's baseball card photos are taken at Wrigley Field? There were at least 4 in that pack! I guess I'm just weird like that! Take care, my friend!
Thanks Bart! I hadn't noticed the Wrigley Field backgrounds, but you're totally right!
That first pro set pack was huge! Love the 81 Donruss pack. I hated the design when I was a kid, but not it is just nostalgic. Was Randy Moss better than Jerry Rice?
No one was better than Jerry Rice : )
Cool video, please fix focus.
81 Donruss are junk wax
They go for about $10-$15 per pack, so I'm not sure I would call that "junk" myself : )
@@cardwolf I didn’t even buy those ugly cards when they came out
Money not a slugger, not to knitpick, but that word just doesn't apply to this 17 hr .261 hitter. He did hit 25 in 77. My dog broke his leg so sorry for the knitpick as my mood has zero to do with dorking with dice. As always enjoying your show
OutWest! I love to be nitpicked with...because sometimes I get it wrong! I always thought of Don Money as a dangerous hitter, so I guess that's why I remembered him as a slugger, but I think you're right. I'm sorry about your dog! Hope they gave him a cast and some extra treats.
@@cardwolf They had him cast as Tiny Tim in the today's hounds Christmas pageant. See I feel better already thanks
@@outwest100az LOL : ) I am imagining your dog with a tiny crutch now : )
