IMPRESSIVE! Of all the Table Saw Jigs I have seen here on TH-cam this Portable Double Saw Combination is the Best in every way. First, it's not expensive at all compared to buying a big table saw and the jigs you made are the best I have ever seen. BRAVO
Love that you showed what the sled looked like and did BEFORE you started the build! So many others blow this by starting a build when you can't tell what it is that they're building, what the features are or whether you would want to build it. Well done!

Also, I learned a couple things in this video. Firstly, I'm going to need a spiffy plexiglass router table. Secondly, a miter saw can turn a piece of T track into a bullet. rofl. That was hilarious how that thing shot off there.
Might be good to add a piece of wood to the dado side so you can use your sled for box joints too. That's a really useful luxury to have a table saw for a single blade and another just for your dado stack. Pretty well thought out all the way around.

That’s so clever having the second blade set up with a flat top / dado blade! Such a huge time saver!
Can you put a dado blade on a circular saw?
A normal two overlapping dado blade cannot be attached to a circular saw. The one I used is a single saw blade with 8mm thick teeth.

I like the builds. But most of us here looking at videos probably took wood shop in the eighth grade and made a couple simple things. Also probably couldn’t afford much more than I circular saw and drill and some basic hand tools till later in life. It would be nice if you could explain what you are exactly doing or have a set of detailed plans available. I believe most would pay for these plans.

멋진 썰매가 뜨길래 외국 영상인 줄 알고 무심결에 보고 있었는데 엑시아가 나와서 ‘아 엑시아도 수출 많이 하는 구나’ 생각했어요. 그런데 OK 이후 갑자기 ‘좋아!’ 하는 말에 깜놀 했습니다. 정말 잘 만드셨습니다. 언젠가 따라서 만들어 보고 싶네요~^^

So impressive. I love that he made a simple, inexpensive, job site table saw into the ultimate wood shop table saw! This is so cool. You should really consider making plans to sell. I would buy in a heart beat! I have the same table saw.

네 그것도 테이블쏘 입니다. 마끼다 9인치 원형톱에 8mm두께의 톱날을 설치해서 홈파기 전용으로 사용 합니다. 네 아쉽게도 그건 영상이 없습니다.

Nice sled but you should have used 5 cut method to square your sled.

@John Makita Ja ich bin ein Amateur und deshalb schäme ich mich nicht. Es ist schön zu hören das es die Absoluten Fachleute gibt. Dann zeige doch bitte in einem Video oder auch in Bildern wie es richtig geht. Ich bin gespannt. Warum die Hersteller es nicht machen, ist aber klar. Es ist in der Herstellung zu teuer und damit die Gewinnspanne zu klein und dann nicht machbar. Danke für Deinen Kommentar und viel Spaß beim Basteln oder das was Du machst?!
Es gibt Tausende von Leuten die diese Schiebeschlitten verwenden....warum ist das gefährlich?
@John Makita danke dir! Also sprich: Wenn ich das beachte, also das Stück nur an einer Seite festhalten/festspannen und die Hand trotzdem eine handbreit weghalten, dann müsste es ok sein, oder? Oder spricht dann immer noch was dagegen?

Very nice and comprehensive design. My question is why you have 2 saws? Is first for thin kerf and 2nd for normal. I thought 2nd might be for dado but i did not see a dado stack.
The second saw has an 8mm thick blade. This is the right saw for dado
