HOTP I would rank the sets as:
1- Rage of the Abyss - reason why above Bonanza, best main set in the last 3 years
2- Bonanza - why not first? Nostalgia pool is amazing, but the rest of the cards are not too good in the main pool (Thrust and SP exception)
3- Infinite Forbidden - really solid set
4- Battle of legends TR - a lot of Branded QCRs and obviously the Magia
5- Rarity 2 - so many good staples as higher rarity
And not to forget - Merry Christmas to y'all!!
I love all those sets but my favorite set of the year is Age of Overlord, it interduced my lovely Diabellstar

Kinda wild that they're all reprint sets😂😂. Info was probably the only new set that I really liked
For me top 5 were... tins, rarity 2, legacy of destruction, Bonanza, and number 1 for me was INFO... I pulled completely broken from INFO lol.

I discovered yugioh when Bonanaza was released, so my favorite sets are Bonanza and Crossover Breakers, I dont know enough about the others to rate them.

I’m not sure I can pick a top 5 sets of the year. When everything kinda feels the same, it kinda kills the hype I have for a set. Whenever I see a new set release, I just think, “oh look, another set that’s either garbage or too expensive to warrant chasing down.” Products as a whole just kinda feel meh. Even the Bonanza I opened earlier in the month felt hollow to me.
