bruh. If he is the best how can the likes of 10 hag and a random atlanta team stop him winning the quad. People also need to remember klopp finiah outside of top 4 with the teqm he build and lets be honest, ranieri lcfc title win is way better than klopp. We cant compare klopp to serial winners like pep, anchelotti, fergie etc because he is below their level. He can prove people wrong if he take madrid, barca or bayern job but i dont think klopp have the balls to take such demanding job. Those club want trophy every season and i think klopp know his place and will take small jon

@@anghannyang5098 klopp need to go to a big club where the pressure is on as soon as he walks trough the door. Right now the club is madrid, barca, bayern where he need to win title in first season. Second tier choice is psg where he need to win champions league in his first two season. If he took another low stress/pressure job where he will be given 3 to 4 years to build, history will not looks so kind on him and his legacy will be a mediocre one. While guardiola will sit on the big boys table along with the likes of sacchi, fergie, anchelotti etc.

Barcelona, Bayern and City to present day for Pep. Mainz, Dortmund and Liverpool for Klopp. Then tell me who really is a better manager in terms of player development and squad building based on resources. He won everything first club world cup for the club for the first time in history of the club, won FA cup, carabao cup and community shield and changed LFC to title contenders and made lfc into billion dollar club and powerhouse of world football thank you Jurgen Klopp

It’s easy to criticize Klopp now but consider this: how many managers have come thru from humble beginnings (like Klopp) but who flopped and failed with big budgets? Klopp succeeded at Dortmund and Liverpool and will likely succeed elsewhere. He is a people’s person, and while you can criticize his style for the burnout it causes players, his players seem all too happy to play for him regardless so imagine if he had the depth to truly have a solid rotation? Methinks he’s easily rival if not outright eclipse Pep. I’m a Barcelona supporter, I idolize Pep but given the choice between the two, I’d take Klopp because where Pep has failed in the past, man management, Klopp has succeeded and in every other category, the two are nearly impossible to split.

    - Two times he was found guilty of taking doping as a player
    - Barcelona stands accused of bribing referees in the timespan Pep was manager at Barcelona
    - He fired the medical team and doctors at Bayern Munich and later hired his go-to doctor aka then doctor who prescribed him with doping in his playing days and has been involved in many doping scandals
    - His current club Manchester City stand accused of a mindnumbing 115 breaches of the financial fair play rules
It is weird how every club with relation to Guardiola has some dark shadow looming over it.

People always found reasons to criticize Pep:
      - They said he was nothing without Xavi, Iniesta, and Messi.
      - Some called him a coward for staying in Barcelona instead of proving himself elsewhere.
      - Others argued he only managed the best clubs and bought referees.
      - There was even talk that he couldn't do anything without Tito, who was seen as the real brains behind Pep.
      - Critics claimed he only bought players with low centers of gravity and worked with short players.
      - They said Pep's tiki-taka was dead and his possession style had been figured out.
      - Some argued he was nothing without KDB.
But despite it all, Pep kept doing his thing and even surpassed Sir Alex, once considered the greatest coach ever.
That's why Sir Alex tried to get Pep for United for years but couldn't.

Yes... but you obviously don't know that much about Klopp because he did the same thing... created winning teams in multiple leagues from lesser teams. But Guardiola was fortunate to start with Barca (still a top 2 team in that league) which again became a top $ team and has meant that he has been able to continue at the most expensive clubs. And that break can't be explained without also realising that he had a young Messi - the ultimate trump card. Klopp has worked with teams that didn't have the financial muscle and yet won - but none of them were able to afford the depth of the teams Guardiola has been able to manage. Klopp has gone forward with the same mentality, always looking for teams which were underdogs and where he could painstakingly craft something special with less money and often youth.
Don't forget, that is what Arteta is doing at Arsenal and in the future people will look back on his career in a same light.

And no other coach was ever loved by the fans of his teams and the fans of all the other teams alike. The spend in Liverpool means turnover as they find the right players for their team, but they cannot afford to automatically go for the top expensive players nor keep the depth of squad that City has the luxury of at all times. Klopp has welded together a playing team that is much less value than City fields at any time.

There is a BIG difference in the budget that Klopp has and the budgets of the other richest clubs in sport, of which Man City is one. They have a lot more money at their disposal, but also something just as important - and something they are being looked at for is the way they move players around between their many teams, City & Girona being the key ones. There's possibly fines and points deductions to come out of it as some would say that it "games" the system and creates and unfair advantage. Liverpool has not had that luxury - but both of them spend the money to find the right player fits, but City has actually got a notably more expensive team on the pitch. Liverpool's team does not have the depth in terms of quality (because they can't afford to keep the same weight of players on their books) and this has bitten Liverpool in the player juggling and injuries that comes with attempting to be competitive in 4 top level competitions at the same time.
BUT you must not forget Guardiola's background, what he did at Barca and Bayern, and remember that money just doesn't automatically mean success (so many good examples of that truism). And remember that while Barca had Messi, Barca (while not poor) never had the financial muscle of Real Madrid yet he created a team that dominated La Liga and Champions League for so many years. In some ways he was on the same end of the equation as Klopp when he was at Barca, though he did have Messi and that is a trump card - still didn't work for PSG though and they had arguably the top 3 footballers on the planet at the time too. Those years of rivalry between Barca and Real Madrid were special, just as the years of City v Liverpool have been insane competition and unforgettable drama.
I don't think you can split Guardiola and Klopp - they are both equally good, managing teams in different ways but getting unbelievable results and ability out of them.

The numbers and the words alone show who the better trainer is. You can say Klopp is the best coach, but NO, Klopp always has to be compared with Pep, but never Pep with Klopp?! Pep has never been relegated, Klopp was relegated with Mainz in 2006-07 and then in 2007-08, ONLY finished 4th in the 2nd league! In the BL Klopp fled from Pep and now he is fleeing from Pep again in the PL and if it weren't for City, Arsenal would be much stronger than the Liverpool losers, that's exactly what he has weighed up and is fleeing again! In 9 years at Liverpool he only has 1 PL title, including 5 years without a single title! He also has a negative world record with 11 lost finals. The last 4 finals 2x Carabao Cup both against Chelsea over 120 minutes, 1 FA Cup against Chelsea over 120 minutes and 1x CL against Real Madrid, Liverpool have only scored a single goal and that was from a corner in the 119th minute!

His obsession with the game, his innovation and above all, winning pedigree elevate him above everyone else. It's disrespect to compare Klopp to him; Pep is way above his league.

@@jeromeyoung4782 okay first of all I wanna say that both of them are GREAT managers, i still want to talk about your point because I think you have the wrong impression of how much money they spent.
I will show this by analysing the transfers during their respective eras and wages starting the season Pep took over Man City.
      Transfers:
      Liverpool:
      928 million in
      584 million out
net spend of 343 million €
      Man City
      1505 million in
      694 million out
net spend of 811 million €
Salaries (by season from 2016/17, in pounds as i couldnt find data in euros):
      Liverpool:
      84,74 million (16/17)
      86,83 million (17/18)
      122,98 million (18/19)
      128,40 million (19/20)
      132,86 million (20/21)
      136,24 million (21/22)
      160,87 million (22/23)
      135,51 million (23/24)
over these years Liverpool spent 988,43 million in salaries
      Man City:
      118,20 million (16/17)
      126,49 million (17/18)
      145,21 million (18/19)
      146,52 million (19/20)
      184,31 million (20/21)
      209,54 million (21/22)
      185,24 million (22/23)
      191,41 million (23/24)
over these years Man City spent 1306,92 million in salaries
I'll take the easy way to combine this and just calculate the transfer euros to pound because it would be too much work otherwise even if this isn't the correct way to do it but you get the gist:
Liverpools 343 million euros equal about 293 million pound
Man Citys 811 million euros equal about 693 million pound
in total Liverpool spent 293+ 988,43 = 1281,43 million pound
in total Man City spent 693+ 1306,92= 1999,92 million pound
1281,43 x 1,56 equals around 199,92 meaning Man City spend 56% more money than Liverpool.
in my opinion that's a huge discrepancy and i already used the net spend and wages which are favourable for city as they don't include players that are loaned out, etc. even though they would help the club later.

Pep is so disrespected. People need to get over the myth that liverpool has no money and that they don't spend.. klopp has spent 1.1B euros at Liverpool while pep has spent 1.49bn at city. People talk as if pep has spent 25bn. Pep has won 16 trophies at city including a treble, while klopp has won just 8. Pep wins everywhere, that is not a coincidence.

8 trophies is not just. Man United has spent more than these two clubs combined, but what do they got to show for the net spend..only one trophy!. So don't down talk Klopp man, he's a legend.

@Siscon92 sure, but to be successful you need a manager that can motivate those players and accept his ideas. Pep has done brilliantly on that. Klopp has done great too, just not on peps level.

first of all i wanna say that I think they are both GREAT managers, i totally get though why people can come to the conclusion that Klopp was far more effective during his tenure.
I will show this by analysing the transfers during their respective eras and wages starting the season Pep took over Man City.
    Transfers:
    Liverpool:
    928 million in
    584 million out
net spend of 343 million €
    Man City
    1505 million in
    694 million out
net spend of 811 million €
Salaries (by season from 2016/17, in pounds as i couldnt find data in euros):
    Liverpool:
    84,74 million (16/17)
    86,83 million (17/18)
    122,98 million (18/19)
    128,40 million (19/20)
    132,86 million (20/21)
    136,24 million (21/22)
    160,87 million (22/23)
    135,51 million (23/24)
over these years Liverpool spent 988,43 million in salaries
    Man City:
    118,20 million (16/17)
    126,49 million (17/18)
    145,21 million (18/19)
    146,52 million (19/20)
    184,31 million (20/21)
    209,54 million (21/22)
    185,24 million (22/23)
    191,41 million (23/24)
over these years Man City spent 1306,92 million in salaries
I'll take the easy way to combine this and just calculate the transfer euros to pound because it would be too much work otherwise even if this isn't the correct way to do it but you get the gist:
Liverpools 343 million euros equal about 293 million pound
Man Citys 811 million euros equal about 693 million pound
in total Liverpool spent 293+ 988,43 = 1281,43 million pound
in total Man City spent 693+ 1306,92= 1999,92 million pound
1281,43 x 1,56 equals around 199,92 meaning Man City spend 56% more money than Liverpool.
in my opinion that's a huge discrepancy and i already used the net spend and wages which are favourable for city as they don't include players that are loaned out, etc. even though they would help the club later.

Good presentation, by one so young!👍🏽
Bottom line, Pep does not seem to be a person of the people, and would not do well at Liverpool.
Jurgen, could be great for Man City, and their fans, but after his past experiences, Jurgen would not be able to deal with the underhanded ways of the Man City owners.⚽️

If there's one thing Klopp is good at, is reviving a dying club with the weakest financial situations. He's always had one disadvantage but was always his advantage because it was his greatest asset right from Mainz, Dortmund, and Liverpool by far.
He's one of the greatest managers to ever chess the game.

@nathanielofori83 pep has spent like 300m more, that's not much knowing how players cost today, anthony santos being a good example.. but the point was, people make it seem as if pep has spent 30 times more than klopp, which couldn't be further from the truth.

    • @cloak91

@@jeromeyoung4782 the thing is that he was only allowed to spend if he/the club sells players. This is obvious from the dealings Liverpool have made over the years. This is in contrast to (e.g City during Pep's early years) who were able to buy players every transfer window to replace players bought from the previous windows which were not deemed to be successful.

Jurgen and Guardiola play different styles of football, Jurgen=athletasicm and Guardiola=ball control, what does this mean????? Jurgen is a better manager because he can get a better team together with less money with his style of play but Guardioal is a better manager because ball control requires high talent and then needs more money!!!!!!!!!!! In the balance, control beats athletasicm just a bit in football but in other sports like basketball that is not true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pep Guardiola is the greatest coach in my opinion. He revolutioned football and changed the opinion of the world, especially in England of how football can be played. This was a great tribute to Klopp who is without a doubt a tremendous coach but the title is a little misleading. If you look at Pep's coaching history starting at Barca B you'll see what a genius he is. I think for a footballing brain Pep is the greatest but in terms of personality and charisma with the players Klopp is def better.

    • @nathanielofori83
      @nathanielofori83 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

What do you mean by footballing brain. Does klopp has a basketball brain. Yeah Pep is good but he can't do it with a low budget team since he loves to spend big. Klopp circumstances has been quite unfavourable since he's trusted with dying clubs to revive. Despite the odds he turns this average teams and players to elite squad and title contenders.
That is why I think Klopp is a better manager than Pep. But one could argue Peps success is far ahead.
