so, finally, a new version of Pepe le Pew is back in the game) this time he is stylishly dressed and ready to bring justice to the hearts of people)
The character is quite good for his team, because there are a lot of ways to heal all the guys, especially against a counterattack. Auto-healing at the beginning of the turn and healing the most wounded character through an ability, all this makes him a pretty good support for Pandemonium
Well. Pepe is officially back. Good to see this Looney Tune come back after a couple of years of being cancelled.

Which makes me wonder if they're going to bring in Showbiz Le Pew since he was scrapped during the whole controversy. I'm asking very curiously because if they're blinding to bring him back I can't wait to see where that goes

How satisfying my favorite character comes back on Mel Blancs birthday!!!! And mine is in 4 days so this is a nice surprise!!!!!
Love his animations, he feels more lively than ever, though I noticed an error with his hard work animation as nothing came down with the dropping hopefully they get it fixed before the event begins

They did tone the behavior down in newish things starting in the 90s long before the controversy, stuff like space jam and the looney tunes show toned the stalking down a lot, but they still kept his romantic aura regardless since Pepe’s romantic personality is what mattered
this can always be done either in a good way or in a bad way. Many characters throughout their existence change their personality and motives, depending on the author who writes the work. But I don’t see the point in giving a character a completely different personality; it would be easier to just create a new character, without trying to cash in on the name of the old one, with a completely new character. Although there are certain cases where this can work, such as Lola from the Looney Tunes Show, who was completely different from her first version, but was unique and funny in her own way, unlike her next appearance in Space Jam 2, where she became simply a "strong female character"
@@ClaymoreKnightPepes personality worked with the alterations in tlts and New Looney Tunes. They should morsso keep the romantic personality while also having him in other situations, like how Johnny Bravo always found himself in either romantic or completely random scenarios. He was going to be a chef in TTL, which I would've loved to see, but was scrapped because of le controversy. Hopefully thrh decide to do something similar soon.

@@ClaymoreKnight pepe in the shorts was genuinely nice to others but never knew how powerful his odor was driving them away, the same with Penelope. It's really only a very minor tweak, just lose a bit of the "physical" aspects and make them more a couple so there adventures can vary even more. Give pepe other jobs to do, so much to explore!

It's about time that they return the king. I've said this so many times to people and they were saying that it was not going to happen but look what's happening now. What did I just say? What did I just say? I know it in my heart that they wouldn't let this skunk go. They probably had to tone him down (Which they should have done in the beginning Smh). Which I can understand. But in all honesty I only just saw it as a cartoon. But hey happy to see the Pepe Le Pew has returned to his mighty throne where he rightfully belongs
Yeah. Every Looney Tune is always going to face some controversy over time. That’s just how it is.
Many people back then complained that Speedy Gonzales was an offensive stereotype toward Mexicans.
But overtime they seem to have come to pass.
I feel like MOST (if not all) Looney Tunes characters are going to go through this cycle.

Команда Разгромный патруль теперь в полном составе.
Первые 4 мультяшки из Маркобланки это Мистер Багз, Пенелопа Кети, Сильвестр Сладжело и Генерал Разгром.
Потом появился Даффи Пианист потом Офицер Овчарка, Твити Доносчик и наконец Гендарм Пепе.
И помоему ни одна из его не присутствует в мультике.
