      Haha absolutely! You should have a wee read at the famous Robert Badger incident back in 1971:
      lochnessmystery.blogspot.com/2012/01/classic-sightings-robert-badger.html?m=1
      It’s a rather interesting and scary account. If a veteran diver who has a lot of experience tells you he’ll never dive in the Loch really does make you wonder what he ran into!! I personally don’t think Nessie is a plesiosaur or even a giant eel, I still believe that the Loch hides an undiscovered species. Anyway, enjoy the link if you’re interested 👍🏻

    This gives me the absolute fear!! When younger I remember walking out into the shallows of Loch Ness then all of a sudden I went under. The cold water shock gave me a big fright and being so young I also thought that Nessie had pulled me under 😂 Haha it was absolutely terrifying! It’s a dam shame because now I have a serious fear of dark waters. I was put to the test during my stag party where we all went kayaking to Loch Lomond, I was extremely scared and nervous but I did take part and I was delighted. However, I will NEVER go kayaking on Loch Ness!! No danger. I’m more than happy to walk the shores. Great video but it seriously got my heart racing, you’re all very brave!

      @SHAD ABBAS There’s absolutely no evidence at all for this claim. I’m assuming you’re referring to Nick Taylor’s account and his cringe worthy attempt to create a new unknown beastie! A crocodile would not survive in our Scottish waters due to being cold blooded. We know what crocs need to survive and Scotland just doesn’t fit the Bill unfortunately. Best keeping to Nessie and Morag 😉👍🏻

    • @TeamLNE
      @TeamLNE 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @SHAD ABBAS I appreciate you pointing me towards the links but I can honestly and confidently tell you that it’s nothing more than folklore. I’m Scottish and I’ve grown up in the Scottish highlands where stories like this are common. Some of these stories date back to hundreds if not thousands of years, it’s also common knowledge that these tales were a way to keep young children away from dangerous Lochs and rivers. Nessie is obviously the most famous one and in second place is the Morag, it reportedly stays in Loch Morar which just so happens to be the deepest body of water in Scotland. It’s all very interesting!
      I hope I’m not coming across as an arsehole, that’s not my intention at all. All the best bud! 🤟🏻

    • @TeamLNE
      @TeamLNE 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @SHAD ABBAS No argument here my friend, I enjoy a decent conversation and exploring all possibilities. In my previous comments I acknowledge that I may have come across as being a skeptic but that’s not the case...
      I completely believe that our most famous beastie (Nessie) is real! I’ve been obsessed with Loch Ness since childhood, not only for Nessie but for the history, geography and local folklore. It’s incredible!
      I truly hope that one day you’ll get the opportunity to visit Loch Ness!

    So here’s something that’s actually pretty cool: even if the monster isn’t a dinosaur like most people think, they did another search there in 2019 and now they think what people are seeing might actually be a giant eel. Which, honestly, is JUST AS terrifying as the idea of a dinosaur. Imagine swimming in muddy water like that and seeing an eel the size of a shark....NOPE NOPE AND NOPE

    • @vinegartom8380
      @vinegartom8380 6 ปีที่แล้ว +29

      When we were about 90 feet down, we saw two large, oval forms, both around 20 feet long feet in front of us and illuminated by our high-wattage beams. We were diving in Urquhart Bay, skirting the wall of the Loch. Our dive leader gave the signal for us to surface, and we did so at once. Clive, one of our divers went straight to the nearest pub and was in a state of absolute shock and downed the best part of a bottle of whiskey; this is a man who never drinks alcohol. If you offered me twenty million Pounds I would NEVER, EVER dive in Loch Ness again. There are terrible things down there, and that dive will haunt me for the rest of my life.

    • @vinegartom8380
      @vinegartom8380 6 ปีที่แล้ว +31

      Well, keep in mind that the loch is 24 miles long, 3 miles wide, and approximatley 850 feet deep. People have reported sightings of something in the Loch since 565AD. Therefore, there must be more than one 'monster' in the Loch. Scientists from the Natural History Museum in London speculate that there are a family of Plesiosaurs in the Loch, with a minimum breeding population of fifteen animals

    • @vinegartom8380
      @vinegartom8380 6 ปีที่แล้ว +26

      If the US and the UK governments admit that there are unknown animals in Loch Ness, then they would then have to admit that we are in contact with alien entities from other planets. It's all a huge cover-up. You would be amazed what your government is keeping hidden from you...

    The only thing that might be big enough in Loch Ness to be mistaken for a monster is the occasional sturgeon or maybe an unknown species of very large eels. If you want real monsters the ocean is the place to look. There's no telling what might be splashing around out there....

    • @DrCuriensapprentice
      @DrCuriensapprentice 4 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      A documentary was done last year, they took dna from the water and found a lot of eel dna, most eel species go to Sargasso Sea to mate and lay eggs then die, some like us may be born sterile and thus never make the journey and die, when deprived of mating they can continue to grow and can live for over a century.

      @isaacstraughan5182 6 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      In all honesty, I think they already have. Whether it be the Scottish, British Or American government, they've done it. And they've found something. If they hadn't, they would tell us they've done a mass op there. Why don't they just tell us? Because that's a creature lost in millions of years worth of time. If they told us they'd have to..I don't know, admit to their obvious contact with extra terrestrials. It's insanely huge, this whole situation. We'll find out one day. Sit tight, mate.

      They would have to get a submarine on a truck and take it up the rocky terrain which costs a fortune and could damage the more sensitive equipment. Any attempts to do so before haven’t worked as the sonar bounced off the loch walls and it’s too murky down there. Even with lights they still could barely see 5 feet in front of them essentially. That is why not.
