- A couple of things: I included the first contestant's first two questions from the previous show since I had it on tape (the 4/4 ep is from the trade). It's also (for now) the last of the early-mid '00s shows that I have. Finally, there could be something big on the horizon… not gonna spoil it, but this could be something you guys'll really love

I know it's easy for me to say after the fact, but if you ever audition for this show and are accepted, you can study all the trivia you want, but knowing prefixes and origins of words will get you further. The first woman used 2 lifelines unnecessarily. She was stumped on Equus. All she had to do is think of the word equestrian to reason out that horses was the correct answer. The next lifeline she used was for the term acrophobia. If she would have thought about the word acrobat she would have known heights was the correct choice. It will always be scary up there with all the lights and the focus on you, but if you can have some calm, a lot of these questions you can reason out by just understanding words.

I can’t believe she used a lifeline on Equus. I’ve never heard of it either but just use context clues, “equestrian” has to do with horses. And then “acrophobia”, just think acrobatics that are done high in the air. Oof she was never gonna make it very far
The first game of this episode (featuring a leftover from the last show) was awful, especially level two. I knew the answers to questions six and seven right away.
I knew the Acrophobia one right away. Poor her.
Did you get Tim Shields's return segment yet? It was during the second and third nights of the Champions Edition.
I guessed Brad’s last three questions correctly!!

There were two other mistakes in this show for the questions, both of which are minor. The first fastest finger has a colon instead of a period at the end. Brad's first question should have been written more properly using either one of these two interrogative sentences:
"What is the hypothetical evolutionary gap between ape and man most commonly called?"
"The hypothetical evolutionary gap between ape and man is most commonly called what?"

Acrophobia is a fear of heights.
Gomer Pyle USMC propagandist on the sitcom and Vincent D'Onofrio character from Full Metal Jacket had a fear of heights.
