Lately, Press The Attack/PTA has stood on Twitch as having a 2% higher winrate than his Lethal Tempo winrate. Twitch's most popular mythic is Guinsoo's but with this PTA build it's more popular to opt into Infinity Edge instead. However, winrates show that running Guinsoo's is fine even with the PTA build despite the lack of ability to remove the attack speed cap. That being said, it may be best served to leave this as situational to deal with tankier comps, as PTA has huge synergy with the IE build for quickly blowing squishies up in the mid and late-game. Just don't feel locked into IE just because you're running Guinsoo's. In a few games we will also run Lethal Tempo instead of PTA when we face comps we know are going to be very tanky, as Twitch struggles to deal with tanks if not running Lethal Tempo. PTA may be the better keystone overall, but don't fall into the trap of only running it, as Lethal Tempo still has its place on Twitch even after all the nerfs.

Also, 1 very neat trick with Twitch W when farming under turret, in case your support does not help you to clear the backline minions. Cast W on them. Don't cast E. Even if you're only on Doran's/Long Sword, the ticks from your W will passively thin down their HP to the point where you can auto them once the turret reaches them. (as long as they were full HP when you used W on them.)
That's a good tip, I don't think I knew that even when I was a Master tier Twitch onetrick. I will try to remember that for next time I play Twitch!

1:35:30 Here I would have just stopped attacking knowing that he'd throw Cho on top of me, I'd either proc ghost and step away or simply step away with the BORK speed buff and restart attacking on a safer distance, knowing that Cho was 2 basics away from dying. But damn, I love your plays.
The match from minute 28. Don't get me wrong. @VaporaDark. Your mechanics, ADC skill, playstyle, they're all flawless. But let me give you one personal opinion. As I'm a very, very old Twitch player. And I have around 5 different builds for him, depending on match ups. When you play him "Crit builds", please, don't ever go for infinity second crit item. It's a massive, MASSIVE waste.
Reasons: 40% crit chance. You barely ever crit. You can go even 3 hits in a row without a crit. And that would be a tremendous waste of the passive of the item. Go for Kraken instead. The passive is never wasted. The item adds extra attack speed. Extra damage on every 3rd hit that would otherwise replace AND IMPROVE the potential crit damage of your I.E., as you're still too early in the game for the 45% extra crit damage to be noticeable.
For example, my Twitch builds work something like this: If we need me to play AD, I play AD. I have two runes for AD Twitch. Lethal Tempo or Hail of Blades. If I have to play Lethal Tempo crit build, I rush BOTRK, I then continue with Runaan, I then continue with Kraken, afterwards I go for the Dominik or Mortal Reminder, depending on the amount of healing on their team. I leave Infinity Edge as last item, because that's when it's actually noticeable and worth the 3.6k gold, whereas all the other items have their passive effects in full utility throughout the entire game/fights. You can also replace I.E. with Galeforce if needed to dodge certain things, as the damage difference would not be that massive and you can go Galeforce right after Kraken Slayer and hold M.R. or Dominik as last item.
If they have 4 squishies minimum on the team, I go Hail of Blades, rush Collector, Runaan, Kraken, keep only level 1 boots, Galeforce or I.E. as I would already have 80% crit by now, and M.R. or actually Dominik if that one tank on their team is a massively fed game-changing tank player.
Feel free to comment your opinion on what I just wrote, but I have tested and calculated Twitch builds (currently Emerald elo) and I feel really stable about my builds.

I perma ban Draven on bot. Very hard to counter in early, even tho in mid-late I destroy him if I'm being ganed/snowballed up to level 6. 2-0 Twitch at level 6 destroys a 0-0 Draven. But he's still my perma ban.
If I have a tank support that can engage, like Thresh, Naut, Blitz, I take Doran's Blade + potion if I go Lethal Tempo. If I have enchanter support vs poke lane, I play Long Sword + refill. I never run 3 potions because I base a lot and it would be a waste to spend 3 potions and then keep rebuying them/refillable when I can just start with it.
If I have 4 squishy enemies (adc, mage support, assassin mid jungler or mage mid) or even 5 total squishies, I always run Hail of Blades if I go AD. Sometimes I go AP depending on what we have and on how annoying they are. For example I love going AP Twitch into Rengar, Kha, basically whatever has one shot potential and one jump. It depends so much that I just decide on the spot.
So vs squishy enemies, HOB rune + 3-3-4 on Domination page (or 3-3-2 if I want to use Galeforce, depending if I need more dodge or more ults), then I rush Collector, 300g boots (AND DO NOT UPGRADE), Runaan (so you can collect more enemies and get some attack speed + crit while you attack all of them at once), then Kraken Slayer/Galeforce, for extra crit on every 3rd consecutive hit/(dodge from galeforce + galeforce collect active) + extra attack speed + crit, then I go infinity edge if I didn't go the Galeforce path, then I go for 100% crit chance. I never sit at 80%. It's a waste. In 3 autos with Runaan you delete 4 squishy enemies at once in late game. 3-4 autos + E = triple kill. Team does the rest, while you reset with Q and wait for HOB CD to re-enter a burst. Last item you can go Mortal Reminder (my favorite), Shieldbow if they don't have healing, and as 6th item you delete 300g boots and buy Serpent's Fang (if they have shielding) or spellshield lethality item.
Vs tanks: best build is on-hit build. Especially if you do not have a protect support like Lulu, Alistar, Naut, Leona, etc, you need Titanic Hydra, Wit's End in your kit, as they provide survivability.
When I go on-hit I start BORK+boots, Runaan, Guinsoo, Titanic Hydra, Wit's End. Can always delete boots for Shieldbow or for Phantom Dancer if you want more damage + movement speed. Always run Lethal Tempo rune for this build.
When I go Lethal Tempo crit build, I do it because they have 2 tanks on the team, bruisers, but my priority would still have to be the squishy. BORK + boots rush. Runaan rush 2nd. Krakken 3rd. Dominik or MReminder 4th for passives + 60% crit. Then I finish with Infinity, for 80% crit perma damage increase. Can always delete boots for something else, if you snowball hard enough to not need to kite and just erase their team from the game.
I mostly love going AP when I see I have troll supports that will not be useful to me in any way. Like Shaco. Sona. Vel'koz. Xerath. Etc. Twitch AP has a very good early game, especially if his first back goes 850g for Blasting Wand. Massive wave clear and W+E+3 hits poke. Huge trading range. Very hard to outplay it, especially if you're doubled by another damage support. Also a very good rune + build vs Draven laning. You outrange Draven hard by playing Twitch AP. Build:
Rush Nashor's. 300g boots. Assassins? Crown. No assassins that are a threat to you? Rabaddon. Crown after. If you're in a tied game and you need W very often, you can also/should finish CDR boots. (Vs Nasus kiting especially). If not, continue for Zhonya + Banshee + Void Staff/Morello. AP Twitch builds into self-defending himself. Banshee very good vs Ashe arrows, Malza R, Morde R, basically when you open and they see you have a triple protection setup, they tend to ignore you and you have a massive advantage to deal your hard damage and CC. Skill rotation: max E, max W, max Q, only 1 point in R until level 17. Finish R at 17 and 18.

Hi i have similar situations as you in 2 first game basically im quite fed i have some people behind and at minute 30 or 40 someone stays in the middle of midlane and just dies even when i ping back and we are 3v5 or 4v5 and we would have won fight even as 5v5 is there anything i can do to win those games or i should just accept that someone inted and its gg?

The only thing you can do is minimize your own mistakes and hope that the occasional such mistake from your teammates doesn't ruin the game. If it does, just accept the loss and move on. We lost the first 2 games while fed which paints a sad picture, but then we won every game after that for a total 6-2 record throughout the video. Wouldn't make sense to focus on those 2 losses and think it's impossible to climb if we can't overcome those particular hurdles. Those particular hurdles can be impossible to overcome, and climbing can still be possible anyway. Focus on changing the outcomes of the winnable games, not the ones where you clearly couldn't control the factors that led to the loss (teammates getting caught outside of fights).

I don't get it. I have no idea how to play Twitch. It always looks like the other champions have a more significant range than me. Last game this Sett and Jinx bot kept killing me. I have no idea what I am doing wrong.
