I recently read that when the RF began to start paying taxes, it was negotiated that if assets pass from monarch to monarch, they didnt have to pay the hefty death taxes. The other siblings had funds set up for them b4 she passed.
The money belonged to one person to choose what SHE wanted to do with it.
Andrew already cost her 12 million.
She also left him a home when he married, Which he tore down to built another, which is already gone.
It was Elizabeth’s money and her decision.
It was UK tax payers money not the monarchs.

He inherited a lot of money from his grandmother Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother. He used some of that money to purchase a 75 year lease on her former home Royal Lodge in 2002 and spent £7.5 million on renovations. The lease still has 54 years to run so if he does decide to move to Frogmore Cottage then the Crown Estates would probably have to reimburse some of the money he spent on the property. Andrew can hardly claim to be shocked by the Queens Will because the arrangement for everything to be passed on to the next Sovereign years ago and, if rumours are true his mother actually gave him millions towards his legal bills and I seriously doubt he is that hard up. It’s just another spare showing his jealousy of the heir.
He also was given a house upon marriage.

The monarch did not pay income tax until after Windsor Castle caught fire. Elizabeth then decided she would pay the tax. Don't know if Charles will do the same.

The inheritance was put in Charles name to avoid taxes as K C being king does not get taxed. It belongs to all of them and KC should do the right thing as he already inherited everything else.
This is misleading. This the way it has always worked in the British monarchy for tax reasons. The monarch leaves everything to the successor. The estate is then distributed by the new monarch 5 years later, if I remember correctly.
How can you possibly know when all Royal Wills are sealed for 90 years?

There is primogeniture within the royal family. The 1st born son inherits all of the monarch’s wealth. This rule was changed. If Prince George’s 1st offspring is a girl she will inherit the throne. We’ll just have to wait a few years to see what happens.
Most of the queens assets are in trust and tired to the duchey of Lancaster which can’t be divided per the trust and the crown acts. It’s the same for William who inherited the duchey of Cornwall with his new title. The jewelry was gifted before beige she passed is fine the rest we assume is in trust. As to royal lodge I don’t think Andrew can keep with the costs to maintain the “house”. Rumors are it will be a museum to the queen mother or William and Catherine will move so they can keep a base close to Eton.

The new king inherits everything yo be passed monarch to monarch and Queens private will denotes who within the family gets what and how much. Andrew isnt being screwed out of anything unless the Queen wrote him out of the will.
Monarch to monarch means no inheritance tax is paid. Plus the 2 privately owned estates do not need to be broken up. Andrew was gifted a house upon marriage. His lease on Royal Lodge means he is responsible for upkeep. As it needs major refurbishment ( new roof etc) he does not have the money to stay

It was done for tax purposes. It was a law passed to avoid the inheritance tax by the assets passes from monarch to monarch. I am sure they discussed privately if and what is to be shared. The problem whatever they decided it's clear Charles is incapable of keeping his word unless pressure is put on the monarchy.

When the Queen agreed to start paying income tax the one thing she insisted on was that anything left by a deceased monarch to the incoming monarch was not subject to inheritance tax. The reason for this is simply so that the Royal Estates were maintained in their entirety and did not have to suffer the same as other large estates which were split up and portions sold off to pay the IH. If Charles was to give some of this inheritance to any of his siblings then it would immediately become subject to IH and the recipients would also have to pay unearned income tax, probably at the 40% rate. This is why it all went to Charles.
I'd be POd too if all the other clients are living free and rich without penalty. Especially after the "victim" was proven to have false memories.
The Queen had to leave everything to her heir in a monarch-to-monarch inheritance to prevent the inheritance tax taking most of her assets. Anne, Edward, and Andrew have known this for a long time.
The reason the estate is estimated to be over $750,000,000 is likely because it was transferred to Queen Elizabeth II from her father, King George IV without being divided too much.
He probably received it largely undivided from his brother or father and so on.

In actual fact, most of the inheritance is property and crown jewels which are passed on to the next monarch. It gets passed on down the direct line. Her personal bequests would have been made to all of them including wider family and friends family.
The Duke of York maybe, but all the royals understand that if they received inheritance from the Queen they have to pay taxes on it, only the next inline doesnt have to pay taxes on the inheritance.
