Two words: Prototype Amber. R5 that sucker. Very handy for energy generation and some healing even with pre-built teams, and with this random stuff, it just opens up options. Like on these runs, it could have gone on Yanfei (along with hp% artifacts with ER substats to turn her into a shielder with some healing, since she's C4+... it's like Thoma, but better) and Lisa (build her mostly with lots of EM for the rest, and use her pretty much for her burst...it'll heal, battery, def debuff, and cause transformative reactions). And yes, Eula + Raiden is a powerhouse combo. They're both characters best on the field for their bursts, then you do other stuff in between their bursts, and Raiden provides Eula with energy and electro. Then just toss in a healer, and some sort of off-field DPS/booster... Rosaria, Yun Jin, Fischl, Albedo, Beidou (just use her burst right after Raiden is done with hers, since Raiden can't proc it), Shenhe (build her with a cryo goblet, unless your healer is Diona or maybe Qiqi)... so many options.
Moga, here are some tips for Xiao His rotation goes using all his supports first and the last character before Xiao shoul be an Anemo batery, like Jean, then use both E dashes and go to Ult, using his E in his burst doesn't give any particles so the rotation in that way can be kinda bad

Raiden works fine as a support for Eula, but at that point it's kind of a waste to use a hypercarry as a support for another hypercarry. And honestly Electro MC is a better energy battery for Eula

@@oh-noe Using Raiden in a Eula team extends your rotation by 10 seconds, and when using Raiden's burst she won't be doing a huge amount of damage without her own supports. Raiden also will only refill 20-30 energy for your entire team with her burst, realistically closer to 20 if you've properly built her like a DPS which is nowhere near enough for Eula. That burst is far better at lowering the energy requirements for 3 of her supports at once than fueling an energy hungry hypercarry like Eula. A low investment Electro MC on the other hand does something Raiden can't do, she can boost any character's energy recharge percentage, and takes up far less screen time than Raiden which means your rotation stays around 20 seconds instead of 30 seconds. This means you can run Eula with a flat 100% energy recharge, focus purely on offensive substats, and still burst off cool down. Meanwhile Raiden is an absolutely cracked hypercarry, even at C0, once on a team with supports geared to amping her damage. Much better off using her on the other side of the Abyss. This is how I've been regularly 36 starring the Abyss, by subbing Raiden with Electro MC as my Eula support, and using Raiden to carry the other team.
@@serpyl7977 I think op was referring to how you should only use xiao e in burst form if you have c6, as the unlimited es with no cool down, not using them would be a waste. Until xiao gets maybe a set that gives him er regen or something, available es before ult will remain the best combo. And it’s actually not that recommended to use all 3 immediately before ult, because there’s some lag regarding that which mihoyo hasn’t changed (as far as I know this is an issue that many people with c1+ xiaos have), and for the most part you won’t be getting all the participles,
A little tip for Yanfei: You can use Yanfei as a shielder by going 3x hp on her and using a Favonious codex or 2x hp and an ER sands with thrilling tales of dragon slayers/prototype amber because her shield is quite strong (The 2nd build is probably better since you need a lot of crit rate for Favonious codex to work)
@@chaosphoenix2812 this, i highly recommend in the future if you reach a point of no healers but you have a catalyst user, pair prototype amber with a healing bonus headgear and if possible stack on them as much ER% as much as you can to spam burst this will allow you to heal even with main dps or even subdps characters ( also maiden 4 piece set also effect this healing giving you a lot of healing potential from every catalyst user )
It’s not easier in my opinion, with beidou she has to get attacked and you’re better off perfect countering, with Yun Jin just wait 3 seconds and she’ll perfect counter easily

I think my comment was slightly misunderstood, I wasn’t saying one is better than the other, although no contest Beidou’s counter wins damage-wise, but with her you get to invest in the gameplay and pay attention while with Yun Jin it’s easy and probably preferred in early game but not as fun.
Mechanic wise yunjin's counter is better since with beidou I don't know why but meele units really don't like to hit when counter is up. But visually beidou's looks much more badass and satisfying.
raiden can easily quality for a dps with c2, and moga has her c3, so it makes sense why he considers her a dps, but as we saw in the video he does understand her support role

As a childe main this hurt me 😭 i feel like moga always underestimates him lol although in that team i guess he's not that good. I'd like to see him trying out childe international team if he ever does a revisited like he did with xiao 😅
So many people who play Genshin underestimate him because they have some weird beef with him....but he is amazingly strong and incredibly fun to play and perfectly manageable even at C0.

xiao doesn't generate any energy in his burst mode, it's recommended u use his elemental skill right before doing his burst do u start with some energy for his next rotation
You haven't raised one of the best 4 star sub dps beidou yet, although it's kinda infuriating seeing her down there but I'm always waiting and excited for a beidou god mode showcase video!
I feel like u could’ve been more creative with the team synergy. The whole point is to make unconventional team comps work. Like for yanfei, she can be healer+shielder if you stack hp and use prototype amber. For Lisa you could’ve put on ttds and noblesse. Razor+aloy on noblesse as well and use favonius weapons for er. For most characters, unless they are known as a support, it just seemed u were stacking attack and 5* dps weapons even though it made no sense to use them like that
Whales are not used to thinking outside the box for characters since they don't have to, so it tends to be very difficult for them to think of new strategies. It's unfortunate because whales are the only ones who can do videos like this since they have most or all characters depending on the whale. This is actually one of the reasons why I don't want to buy primos. I think having a limit actually makes the game more fun in some aspects because it forces you to strategize a lot. It's also just not very rewarding to get a character that you didn't earn. That said, abyss is aids and is geared towards whales and is no fun without whaling. I hate that thing. That's the exception to the rule.
Both Lisa and Amber could have been really good. Lisa is an amazing buffer with Thrilling tales and Amber is an amazing support with Elegy for the End. Also, Yunjin is good with Childe. Shenhe is pretty good as a DPS if you wish to make her one. Just some tips lol not trying to be nit picky
Lisa also is the only character who shreds defense (not resistance but defense..which i think scales harder) without constellations. Also very few characters have defense shred. The only one I can think of off the top of my head is klee (when she is c2)..well and raiden can ignore defense..but that is only good if she is attacking.

Every character/enemy has a DEF number (for enemies it's enemy level*5 + 500, so a lv.80 enemy has 900 DEF) and separate resistances for each element+physical (usually 90%) Meaning that decreasing both at the same time will end up doing more damage than the sum of its parts.

Actually, looking at this I thought you could try doing some creative and unconventional things with artifacts. Like, I saw someone dressing Lisa as a healer, or use aloy as a noblesse placeholder at least... Even unraised chars can be utilized!
This was a lot more entertaining to watch ! I'm glad you took feedback from your previous videos. Since floor 12 is so hard, you probably should try even doing research on the characters you roll since what allows people to 9-star floor 12 isn't necessarily the characters, rather their mastery/knowledge of them. I hope if/when you tackle a random floor 12 (hopefully before the abyss resets) you'll build the characters you get and look up how to use them so everyone's not screaming at you in the comments after the fact. :)
Nope, that was only in previous abyss rotations. In this abyss, it’s simply a dps check. If you use non meta teams on both sides without cracked builds, you’ll probably sruggle to get even 6 stars
@@aperson6562 That's not true at all. "Meta" in Genshin, is literally about how easy it is to make them really good. The actual characters you use, so long as you are using them in their roles, can be just as strong, if not stronger than a "meta" character.

Though, the fact that my Kokomi is my highest DPS, at 23k per charge attack in burst, meaning ~100k damage. (that's without Abyss buffs too, meaning it's probably even higher in there) So yes. Non-meta can, and does work. It's the fact that you need 2 teams, that makes people use a meta team for one half usually. Especially if you already have them built. Hell, even in your example, you are showing it working, as if the first team is not good enough on its own, then no matter how good the second team is, meta or not, it can't carry you.
Eula and shogun makes for an easy floor win superconduct, very fast energy gain for Eula, Eula can already lower physical res, and Raidens E increases burst dmg which applies to both her hold E and Ult explosions
I recommend making a Prototype Amber for this challenges, so any catalyst can become a healer if you need. Yanfei could've been both a healer and a shielder there.
I'd have put her on her on the other team, as a shielder/healer, personally, since the team she was on had crystalize shielding and Hu Tao's self healing.

Yeah, they can be broken by geo or any heavy attacks I'm pretty sure. Which means Klee's bombs and Yanfei's charged attack as well. Note that a not any claymore character's burst could do this, Chongyun's counts as a heavy attack. I don't remember if there are more characters who can do heavy attacks...

for floor eleven yanfei you could've used healer yanfei with prototype amber and hp artifacts with her c4 shield, but then again that build is so out there im suprised people even thought of it

I mean yeah, Razor's a great phys DPS, but if you have to choose between Razor or Eula being the phys when they're on the same team, you're definitely gonna choose Eula as the phys. Razor's E can actually do a lot of electro damage even without building him for electro, so needless to say he can do even more if you build him for electro. And his electro will support Eula with superconduct, too. It makes a lot of sense, really. That said, if you're using him separately and not on a Eula team, building him for physical is the way to go. He might be the best 4 star phys DPS, one of the best phys in general tbh. So I can't see many scenarios you'd use him for electro outside of a Eula team. You could use Eula's talents to support Razor with superconduct, too, if you like both of them and want them on the same team, but prefer fighting as Razor. But it's definitely not the best option for damage, just be best option for fun if that's what you enjoy. And abyss can get so hard that you're not able to just do what you enjoy, sometimes.
@@catpoke9557 I never said Razor was better than Eula in terms of meta, it's hard to admit it as a Razor Main but he's extremely out of meta 😅 I will be building Eula for abyss but that won't stop me on triple crowning my Razor because he's my favourite character and my first main. Also I agree with what moga did since he had Eula, he had no reason to use Razor, another niche physical dps. I probably will never use them both in the same team either 🤷
I love most of your videos but this one was unfortunately very frustrating to watch >.< There were small things, like using Xiao's Es during burst instead of before burst to catch the energy, or 4piece Archaic on a main DPS Traveller, but mostly I wish there was a little more creativity. Just the floor 11 teams, for example: Give Eula Stonethresher, Razor's E reduces DEF by 15% at C4 + Wolf's Gravestone provides the whole team with an ATK% buff, and Aloy gets 4-piece Noblesse. On the Second team, Itto gets Unforged, Yanfei can be built with full HP and either Thrilling Tales for an additional ATK% buff, or Prototype Amber so she ends up being both a healer and a shielder (which helps both Unforged and Geo resonance), Hu Tao can have a lot of ER + Emblem of Severed Fate which makes her a burst support (big Q damage + 12% crit rate from passive to the whole team) And Im sure there's many more combinations that could be made with all teams. If you get 6 "main dps" characters, convert some into supports is what I'm trying to say. Also, something I personally like to do in this kinds of challenges (not saying you should, it's just an idea) is that instead of sorting characters by level, I sort them by EM, or friendship, or whatever, so that 1 isn't necessarily the best, and 46 (in my case 38 lol) isn't necessarily the worst.
I agree.. watching Moga can be an exercise in Patience LOL. He doesn't understand optimal gameplay, and he doesn't seem to know a lot of the unit's mechanics x3
I really like those random abyss runs. Maybe an interesting challenge also could be to just use every character ones, so no doubling over the different floors. Would need 32 build characters though and might need a bit of thinking.

Hey Moga, Im a meta player that has helped create/optimise teams such as Klee mono pyro and Morgana, what I personally would have done for floor 11 was eula Raiden hutao yanfei, eula Raiden are self explanatory but hutao is there for a burst support and her ascension passive giving 12% crit. and yanfei with prototype amber and 4pc noblesse at C4. C4 gives her a shield when she uses burst which is actually meta in the CN community, prototype amber would heal the team as well. then itto albedo razor aloy, itto and albedo can create crystallize shields and support themselves since they synergize very well together. aloy would have a sac bow and 4pc gambler to help with energy recharge, and razor would have 4pc noblesse with favonius greatsword (more energy since his skill is on low cd)
i think in floor 10 it could've been better if he went sayu/shenhe/chongyun/rosaria so all the characters could benefit from icy quills, vv debuff and healing and yoimiya/yunjin/childe/lisa with prototype amber for healing and both childe and yoimiya can benefit from yunjin's buff. still love this types of videos and thanks for listening the feedback and working on them moga!!!!
If you built yanfei with the ocean hued clam set or focused hp then she makes for a good healer/supp in desperate measures ! Maybe even shield strength idk I haven’t buildt her with that yet

Chongyuns q does the same amount of damage as normal attacks to shields since he’s a great sword user so he’s good for getting rid of those shields especially electro

So many people who play Genshin underestimate him because they have some weird beef with him....but he is amazingly strong and incredibly fun to play and perfectly manageable even at C0.

xiao doesn't generate any energy in his burst mode, it's recommended u use his elemental skill right before doing his burst do u start with some energy for his next rotation

honestly rosaria is a beast. I have a lot of good characters, but I keep coming back to her, she is fun to play
I love Rosaria too. Freeze teams are my fave.. So rosaria has been great for that. And her c6 makes the clam set do more dmg
I feel like u could’ve been more creative with the team synergy. The whole point is to make unconventional team comps work. Like for yanfei, she can be healer+shielder if you stack hp and use prototype amber. For Lisa you could’ve put on ttds and noblesse. Razor+aloy on noblesse as well and use favonius weapons for er. For most characters, unless they are known as a support, it just seemed u were stacking attack and 5* dps weapons even though it made no sense to use them like that
Whales are not used to thinking outside the box for characters since they don't have to, so it tends to be very difficult for them to think of new strategies. It's unfortunate because whales are the only ones who can do videos like this since they have most or all characters depending on the whale.
This is actually one of the reasons why I don't want to buy primos. I think having a limit actually makes the game more fun in some aspects because it forces you to strategize a lot. It's also just not very rewarding to get a character that you didn't earn.
That said, abyss is aids and is geared towards whales and is no fun without whaling. I hate that thing. That's the exception to the rule.
yun jin works with Childe and fischl as well so yeah characters you don't use but still is good
I'm really enjoying yunjin. I just started raising her for my kokomi and yoimiya.. Wow. She's so much fun to play.. and her animations are amazing c:

Both Lisa and Amber could have been really good. Lisa is an amazing buffer with Thrilling tales and Amber is an amazing support with Elegy for the End. Also, Yunjin is good with Childe. Shenhe is pretty good as a DPS if you wish to make her one. Just some tips lol not trying to be nit picky
Lisa also is the only character who shreds defense (not resistance but defense..which i think scales harder) without constellations. Also very few characters have defense shred. The only one I can think of off the top of my head is klee (when she is c2)..well and raiden can ignore defense..but that is only good if she is attacking.

@@inytule_4688 DEF and Res are completely separate stats. Every character/enemy has a DEF number (for enemies it's enemy level*5 + 500, so a lv.80 enemy has 900 DEF) and separate resistances for each element+physical (usually 90%)
Meaning that decreasing both at the same time will end up doing more damage than the sum of its parts.

Actually, looking at this I thought you could try doing some creative and unconventional things with artifacts. Like, I saw someone dressing Lisa as a healer, or use aloy as a noblesse placeholder at least... Even unraised chars can be utilized!

This was a lot more entertaining to watch ! I'm glad you took feedback from your previous videos. Since floor 12 is so hard, you probably should try even doing research on the characters you roll since what allows people to 9-star floor 12 isn't necessarily the characters, rather their mastery/knowledge of them. I hope if/when you tackle a random floor 12 (hopefully before the abyss resets) you'll build the characters you get and look up how to use them so everyone's not screaming at you in the comments after the fact. :)
Nope, that was only in previous abyss rotations. In this abyss, it’s simply a dps check. If you use non meta teams on both sides without cracked builds, you’ll probably sruggle to get even 6 stars
@@aperson6562 That's not true at all. "Meta" in Genshin, is literally about how easy it is to make them really good. The actual characters you use, so long as you are using them in their roles, can be just as strong, if not stronger than a "meta" character.

So yes. Non-meta can, and does work. It's the fact that you need 2 teams, that makes people use a meta team for one half usually. Especially if you already have them built. Hell, even in your example, you are showing it working, as if the first team is not good enough on its own, then no matter how good the second team is, meta or not, it can't carry you.

I recommend making a Prototype Amber for this challenges, so any catalyst can become a healer if you need. Yanfei could've been both a healer and a shielder there.

Yeah, they can be broken by geo or any heavy attacks I'm pretty sure. Which means Klee's bombs and Yanfei's charged attack as well. Note that a not any claymore character's burst could do this, Chongyun's counts as a heavy attack.
I don't remember if there are more characters who can do heavy attacks...

I mean yeah, Razor's a great phys DPS, but if you have to choose between Razor or Eula being the phys when they're on the same team, you're definitely gonna choose Eula as the phys. Razor's E can actually do a lot of electro damage even without building him for electro, so needless to say he can do even more if you build him for electro. And his electro will support Eula with superconduct, too. It makes a lot of sense, really.
That said, if you're using him separately and not on a Eula team, building him for physical is the way to go. He might be the best 4 star phys DPS, one of the best phys in general tbh. So I can't see many scenarios you'd use him for electro outside of a Eula team.
You could use Eula's talents to support Razor with superconduct, too, if you like both of them and want them on the same team, but prefer fighting as Razor. But it's definitely not the best option for damage, just be best option for fun if that's what you enjoy. And abyss can get so hard that you're not able to just do what you enjoy, sometimes.

I will be building Eula for abyss but that won't stop me on triple crowning my Razor because he's my favourite character and my first main. Also I agree with what moga did since he had Eula, he had no reason to use Razor, another niche physical dps. I probably will never use them both in the same team either 🤷

I love most of your videos but this one was unfortunately very frustrating to watch >.<
There were small things, like using Xiao's Es during burst instead of before burst to catch the energy, or 4piece Archaic on a main DPS Traveller, but mostly I wish there was a little more creativity.
Just the floor 11 teams, for example: Give Eula Stonethresher, Razor's E reduces DEF by 15% at C4 + Wolf's Gravestone provides the whole team with an ATK% buff, and Aloy gets 4-piece Noblesse.
On the Second team, Itto gets Unforged, Yanfei can be built with full HP and either Thrilling Tales for an additional ATK% buff, or Prototype Amber so she ends up being both a healer and a shielder (which helps both Unforged and Geo resonance), Hu Tao can have a lot of ER + Emblem of Severed Fate which makes her a burst support (big Q damage + 12% crit rate from passive to the whole team)
And Im sure there's many more combinations that could be made with all teams. If you get 6 "main dps" characters, convert some into supports is what I'm trying to say.
Also, something I personally like to do in this kinds of challenges (not saying you should, it's just an idea) is that instead of sorting characters by level, I sort them by EM, or friendship, or whatever, so that 1 isn't necessarily the best, and 46 (in my case 38 lol) isn't necessarily the worst.
I agree.. watching Moga can be an exercise in Patience LOL. He doesn't understand optimal gameplay, and he doesn't seem to know a lot of the unit's mechanics x3

Hey Moga, Im a meta player that has helped create/optimise teams such as Klee mono pyro and Morgana, what I personally would have done for floor 11 was eula Raiden hutao yanfei, eula Raiden are self explanatory but hutao is there for a burst support and her ascension passive giving 12% crit. and yanfei with prototype amber and 4pc noblesse at C4. C4 gives her a shield when she uses burst which is actually meta in the CN community, prototype amber would heal the team as well. then itto albedo razor aloy, itto and albedo can create crystallize shields and support themselves since they synergize very well together. aloy would have a sac bow and 4pc gambler to help with energy recharge, and razor would have 4pc noblesse with favonius greatsword (more energy since his skill is on low cd)
i think in floor 10 it could've been better if he went sayu/shenhe/chongyun/rosaria so all the characters could benefit from icy quills, vv debuff and healing and yoimiya/yunjin/childe/lisa with prototype amber for healing and both childe and yoimiya can benefit from yunjin's buff. still love this types of videos and thanks for listening the feedback and working on them moga!!!!
moga just a reminder that any catalyst user can be a healer with prototype amber! this can help u if you have no healers/shielders sometimes !
If you built yanfei with the ocean hued clam set or focused hp then she makes for a good healer/supp in desperate measures ! Maybe even shield strength idk I haven’t buildt her with that yet
I've seen a lot of people build her with HP builds, prototype amber, to boost her shield and give her healing. Maybe 2pc tenacity?
