OK, so this video saved me. Everything was smooth sailing up to wi-fi connect. It kept refusing the passcode of my router, saying incorrect. I kept re-entering until I was red in the face. I did unplug my router 3 minutes as recommended, ewhich at first did not change anything, but somehow, between a little luck and perseverance, it suddenly connected, yay for the blue checkmark! Thank you soooo very much for this great video!

I called in, supposedly you don’t need to scan from an app on your phone. Wifi is not reliable so I can’t be dependent on an app for scanning. Maybe the reviewer can confirm this? Using an app on phone is not the greatest for a low income person.
