Personally, I agree but I read Daisy Jones and The Six and rated it 4.25⭐️ then a year later re-read it and I can confidently say it is a 6⭐️ book to me. So I think that depends on the book and the personal taste of a person.

I am so glad you’re doing this! I literally just finished rereading my childhood favorite book and I was so scared at first bc I didn’t think it would meet my expectations the second time around but it was actually just as much fun!!
I 1000% percent agree that romance novels are not truly “enemies” to lovers! When I truly hate someone, they are dead to me. I could see them get hit by a bus and not feel bad. It is not someone who told me once that my outfit was ugly but then if they say one nice sentence to me I’ll fall in love with them.
I’ve finally found someone else who randomly speaks in a British accent like I do! I find myself doing this just about everyday, especially if I am tired, overwhelmed, or just bored and want to spice up life a bit 😅
The smurf thing in the hating game got on my last nerve. Like she talked about it way too much. I never understood how people could ignore that and love the book as much as they did 😂
Maybe cause I related to it with my weird kid shows obsessions ( totally not talking about miraculous 🙄)
I just keep the memories I have with those books. Unless I know it’ll still be a 5 star lol.
