I have flown in that simulator a few years ago, and I am happy to see that it is coming back to service. I am wondering: Are there plans to update the simulator platform in the future? The sim still uses FS2004, which is a bit outdated these days, though it is very reliable. All Concorde fans are waiting for a 64-bit Concorde for P3Dv4 and v5 to come out, but there hasn't been any official announcement yet. Once a new version comes out, it would be great to see the Brooklands simulator being updated to the newest platorm to enhance the visuals. Now it's P3Dv3 that provides the best visual experience, so even updating to that platform would make a difference.

@@afterburnersfschannel2210 but they still dont have Really 3D cockpit right now
Wonder why they distort it to show curvature when on real Concorde footage there is no curvature
Gordon-is that Lockheed Martin P3D???
should of showed what the outside of the simulator looked like before flying.
Is it a motion simulator or static?
Will they update to Microsoft flight simulator 2020 anytime soon
They definitely should!
@@jaymac7203 MSFS doenst support complex systems atm. It’d probably have a stroke compiling Concorde
I used to be a simulator myself and had to sign an NDA with Air France so cannot comment further due to contractual obligations.
I’m a 747 now.
