Hello Surendra, a query. I have the same printer but since December I don't know what happened. The case is that it takes the paper and pretends that it is printing normally. But when leaving the page is blank. Not a pint of ink. And it does have a new cartridge because it was the first thing I thought to change to see if it was the cartridge, but it is not. The scanning unit works normally. A second problem is that it does not connect with my computer, with other computers it does connect (usb), but it is not the port because the port works with other devices. What is the cartridge number of that printer? I badly need it. Thanks for the help
Mine is 3526, but it is the same as the printer showed in video. The cartridge number is 564.
