Diablo 4 is the first Diablo that I don't have max characters of every class. In fact I didn't even complete the main campaign. The game just felt like a chore. The story was predictable and dry. This expansion hasn't changed my mind.

Don't play this game. Bliz always monitors your inventory by script. If you have collected enough materials to craft Uber items. Game will reduce your Uber loot rate unless you create a new character. They need fulfil KPI reports for stakeholder. How shameless and disrespectful to the players.
@@lvx969 In season 4, I remember when defeated the boss and loot the item to craft materials to exchange Shako item, my char accidentally sale it. I missed one piece to craft an Uber item. But the script considered my char already got it. Then I beat the boss hundreds of times, never dropped again. A month passed, before the season ended, I created a new character and meet the boss, the first time beat it, it dropped immediately.
How is this too little to late? They had 5 seasons of added content BEFORE this expansion. The amount of content added in one year is probably more than any other game has gotten, like ever.
Contentious launch? When did the campaign ever improve? Why would I want to level substantially faster to get to the endgame and wash, rinse, repeat, dungeons, pits, and helltides? D 1, 2, and 3 had extensive campaigns. D4 should have a massive campaign. Instead, I have to go out of my way to find enemies to combat. The endgame would be great if it were for upgrading equipment to replay a massive campaign. Not to simply do a higher level of pit or dungeon.
Can we please stop releasing reviews 4-7 days before its release? I understand that its giving confidence to the developer and you that the game will be good, but we want to jump straight into the game and new content after viewing the reviews, not waiting a week and then forgetting about its existence. There are so much games nowdays, devs need to fight for your time, not you, but releasing the review a week before will cause you to just forget about this game in about few days. Especially when other games are releasing at 8/10/24
It’s called a review embargo and quite simply why I don’t reserve games anymore. If your game comes out and you still have a review embargo that’s almost always a terrible sign that the game didn’t meet up to expectations or a true disaster. Don’t watch it. Simple as that. It saves every other experienced gamer $$$ when it comes to triple A titles

Bad comprehension... The complaint wasn't mainly that the ending wasn't complete. It was that the story didn't get much attention til the end of the campaign, so it feels like it's ONLY A SETUP for the next expansion instead of being its own chapter.
