- Ok - maybe the phrase "the most beautiful chairlift ride" is an exaggeration, but honestly - where can you find a view like this when you take the chairlift up?
This chairlift is located on the Axalp and is a "must do" when you are in Switzerland. Once you're at the top, you won't want to go back down - it's that beautiful here!

This is amazing - am I right in thinking that this isn’t usually open in the summer?
It is the first time in their history that the chairlift is open in summer. If it is worthy - they will do it again next summer 😀
I'm stupid, never knew there was a lift to Axalp.. We did walk to Giesbachfalle from Iseltwald so many times with the dogs, never knew about a chairlift to Axalp! 😲
Well, it is the first time this year, that they are in operation during summer!

Hi Sylvia, schöne neue Idee von Dir. Wie ich sehe hast Du die Fahrt genossen. Ich kann mich an meine letzte Fahrt im Sessellift nicht mehr erinnern, Sie war glaube ich in der Kindheit. Müsste mal meine Mama fragen. Dass letzte Mal war ich an einem Schlepplift für die Sommerrodelbahn Popental im Schwarzwald im Jahr 2023. Wann bist du dass letzte Mal/oder schonmal eine Sommerrodelbahn gefahren?

Acho fantástico essa tecnologia que você usa, porque não ficamos presos às visões somente da sua perspectiva. Acho muito interessante poder mover o celular para captar imagens do céu azul com as nuvens brancas, ver as montanhas e ver você bem tranquila no teleférico.
