Thanos and Ben fight with Ben scanning Thanos for his DNA and turning into a Titan, before changing back to Ben. Ben snaps his fingers, with the Omnitrix taking the brunt of the radiation and power, destroying the Omnitrix and Thanos and his forces forever. Yeah shield and the Plumbers are pretty much the same thing so I just had to make a few changes plus this helps make the events of captin Marvel make a lot more sense of shield already works with aliens
