DUDE THANK U SO MUCH, saved me hundreds i thought my hoover was completely buggered but that’s exactly what i had to do to get rid of the main blockage
@michaelluna8451 mine is the same, some models are different, but beware if you decide to open it up just to clean it, you may well not get it back together
I know exactly what you mean, for me now after the new carpet is 3 years ago it's ok no or not much carpet bits inside the pipes and filters 😉 😜 but to be honest, I use the real vacuum cleaner most of the time, and shark Cordless for a few minutes for a quick Vac 😀 a refund would be great 👍 I would be interested to know if they will 😀 good luck laters Steve
I clean the Shark Ninja hoover using rubbing alcohol on the brushes, leave for a while, then wipe with cloth. The air filter needs washed and changed fairly regularly.
Mine has 3, but one of the other models have 2, 1 of the latest version don't have any at all, I have been testing out some different models in John Lewis 😀 very often it's a updated version nothing new really 😀 different head and filter and higher price 😉 😀
THANK YOU for this. Ive been taking aoart, cleaning and repairing vacuums since I was a little kid. I was just taking my duo to clean it all out as I do and was so angry at the bits. I do have the tools though, got them all out just to see there must be tabs. THEN after watching this video, i came across a youtube short based out of the UK, their duo clean has 3 plastic flathead locks. Then everything just snaps off once those turned So this looks to be a US issue, which makes me even more angry Once mine break I will mot by shark again just out of principle So wasteful th-cam.com/users/shortskucr1wYpNqY?si=jihUYtY4TvHDb_5j
Your welcome 🙂 one thing is Shark make so many different varieties of vacuum cleaner that all looks the same with the odd thing different, but the question is the motor head itself looks like the same across all the different vacuum but each one is different, but I think it's BS just to sell them, I was looking at Shark Vacuums last week 10 new models all do different things each looks like the other, but cleaning would be the same on all of them, the shop could not believe it as I started taking them apart check out, I was just surprised, and I noticed that other manufacturers do the same 😀 laters Steve

Shall I get a refund because I’ve only one carpet left and it’s hardly ever walked on? It keeps blocking and driving me crazy!!

It doesn’t come off when I turn the screws
It's best to watch the video again, there's only one way 😀
Me too!

You may want to consider using some thing different to alcohol on that type of product, it's not a car paint work
“This it your inside part, which should be easy to clean… but it’s not” 😂 Then does NOT proceed to show us how it’s cleaned.
Most people would find the link to the long play video, which covers all of the cleaning, I can see what you mean thank for letting me know 😀
I only have two screws

You must be the only one, but it seems to depend on the model you have 🙂
