There is nothing wrong with the skin on your head, it's just a way for barbershops to effectively double or triple the profit per customer with little extra work. Additionally, in many European countries, it is illegal to offer treatment for skin conditions (even if you don't have an actual skin problem, like in your case), if you are not a medical professional (ie a doctor).

It was 4 services not just haircut 💈 for a full hour with services it is 60 that they charge. I have seen barbers for not using much of scissors if it is short hair buzz cuts here in Europe. I appreciate your opinion, any chance you are a barber yourself?
Personally I wouldn't like a 5 minute job on my hair as that would be very rushed. In my opinion as you are working with a person and not object and she took 10-15 min to get it not rushed and do it nicely and I appreciate that.
